A device, system and method for determining incident objects in secondary video is provided. An electronic device: plays, at a display screen, a primary video from a primary video source located at a primary location; determines an incident type associated with the primary video; determines incident object(s) associated with the incident type; detects a particular incident object in a secondary video from a secondary video source located at a secondary location within a threshold distance of the primary location, the particular incident object appearing in the secondary video within a threshold time period from a current playback time of the primary video; determines a relative direction of a location of the particular incident object from the primary location; and controls the display screen to render a particular visual indicator of the particular incident object over or adjacent the primary video at a position indicative of the relative direction.

Device, system and method for determining incident objects in secondary video

A device, system and method for generating geofences based on public-safety factors is provided. Responsive to receiving, via an input device, an input requesting formation of a public-safety geofence at a given location of a map rendered at the display screen, the device: retrieves public-safety factors from at least one public-safety information database; renders, at a display screen, at the given location of the map, a first public-safety geofence shaped and sized according to the factors; renders, at the display screen, respective indications of the factors. Responsive to receiving, via the input device, disabling input to disable a given factor represented by the respective indications of the factors, the device: disables the given factor; and replaces, at the display screen, at the given location of the map, the first geofence with a second public-safety geofence shaped and sized according to enabled factors which exclude the given factor as disabled.

Device, system and method for generating geofences based on public-safety factors

Systems and methods for geo-temporal incident navigation. In one method, a graphical user interface (GUI) is generated. The GUI includes a primary window and a secondary window. The primary window includes a peripheral edge, a map, and an incident location indicator overlaid on the map. The secondary window includes an identifier for the incident, a plurality of outcome nodes, corresponding to potential outcomes for the incident, based on a plurality of nodes related to the incident, and a plurality of outcome credibility scores corresponding to the outcome nodes. A graphical control positioned at the peripheral edge of the primary window includes an incident indicator positioned along a timeline. The plurality of outcome nodes is selected and the plurality of credibility scores is computed based on a position of the incident indicator on the timeline. An electronic processor controls a display to present the graphical user interface.

Geo-temporal incident navigation with integrated dynamic credibility assessment

An audio controller device and method of operation thereof. The audio controller device includes a memory for storing audio data and a plurality of primary audio control interfaces. An electronic processor at the audio controller device is configured to identify a plurality of audio segments from the audio data based on a plurality of contextual parameters associated with the audio data, associate each of the plurality of audio segments to a respective one of the primary audio control interfaces, and control a playback operation associated with the respective one of the audio segments when an input is received at one or more of the primary audio control interfaces. The electronic processor controls the playback operation by varying a playback speed rate associated with the respective one of the audio segments when the input is received at one or more of the primary audio control interfaces.
