An anti-CD79B protein monoclonal antibody and related products and uses thereof are disclosed. The anti-CD79B protein monoclonal antibody comprises a heavy chain and a light chain, wherein the heavy chain includes a heavy chain variable region, and the light chain includes a light chain variable region. The heavy chain variable region includes complementary-determining regions CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 with amino acid sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO:1, SEQ ID NO:2, and SEQ ID NO:3, respectively. The light chain variable region comprises complementary-determining regions CDR1, CDR2, and CDR3 with amino acid sequences as shown in SEQ ID NO:9, SEQ ID NO:10, and SEQ ID NO:11, respectively. The anti-CD79B protein monoclonal antibody exhibits high specificity and sensitivity, enabling specific recognition of cells expressing CD79B protein. It is suitable for immunological detection, and effectively prevents false-positive and false-negative results in immunological assays, thereby further improving the accuracy of detection and diagnostic outcomes.

The present disclosure provides a method for calculating wellbore friction resistance of a foam drainage gas production well. It is based on the conversion of the parameters of the gas-liquid two-phase flow Mukherjee & Brill model, it defines the liquid film reversal point as the zero friction resistance point, ignores the influence of the negative value of friction resistance, and uses this as a starting point to predict the change of friction resistance. The influence of liquid phase parameters and foaming agent concentration is taken into account in the friction resistance coefficient. An effective calculation method is obtained by combining the experimental data fitting and optimization. The present disclosure better characterizes the wellbore flow condition of the foam drainage gas production well, and provides important theoretical support for the prediction of the wellbore pressure drop of the foam drainage gas production well.

Disclosed is a fracture plugging simulation experimental device and an experimental method thereof. The device comprises a simulated wellbore, a simulated formation, a simulated fracture, a plurality of pressure sensors and vales, a mixing barrel, a liquid injection port and a pressurization port, a liquid collection tank, a plugging fluid storage tank, a heating device, etc. The method comprises: loading the simulated formation with the simulated fracture in the simulated wellbore, closing the second valve and turning on the mixing device, injecting a lost circulation material into the mixing barrel, closing the liquid injection port and turning on the heating device and pressurizing, stopping pressurizing and opening the second valve to establish a plugging process, turning on the plunger pump to continue pressurizing, and collecting a fluid pressure change of the simulated fracture in the plugging process; and calculating a pressure-bearing capacity of plugged fracture.

The system comprises a data acquisition module, a communication module, an experimental module, a particle size distribution optimization module, and a plugging and filling module. The experimental module is configured to obtain the target feature particle size, and set a plurality of experimental schemes for fracture plugging; conduct fracture plugging experiments to obtain experimental results; evaluate a plurality of fracture plugging effects of each of the plurality of experimental schemes. The particle size distribution optimization module is configured to obtain the plurality of fracture plugging effects, determine a particle size distribution rule, and obtain optimized particle size distribution data by optimizing the particle size distribution of the lost circulation material. An integrated device and method for treating toxic and refractory wastewater are provided. The integrated device includes an adjusting pool, a first-stage reactor, a second-stage reactor, a third-stage reactor, a coagulation sedimentation pool, and a biochemical reaction pool that are sequentially connected in series, and further includes an aeration blower. Each of the first-stage reactor and the third-stage reactor is an advanced oxidation reactor, and the second-stage reactor is a Fenton reactor. The coagulation sedimentation pool includes 2 to 4 stages, and each stage of the coagulation sedimentation pool includes a coagulation tank, a primary sedimentation tank, and a secondary sedimentation tank that are connected in series. The biochemical reaction pool includes an anoxic tank, an aerobic tank, a settling tank, and a clean water tank that are connected in series. The wastewater treatment method combines the integrated device for treating toxic and refractory wastewater with reasonable process parameters.

A method for electrolysis-ozone-corrosion inhibitor/electrolysis-ozone-hydrogen peroxide-corrosion inhibitor coupling treatment on toxic and refractory wastewater includes the following steps: adding toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated into a wastewater treatment reaction tank equipped with a plate anode and a plate cathode, and starting a direct current (DC) power supply connected to the plate anode and the plate cathode to treat the toxic and refractory wastewater at an appropriate current density under stirring, during which a corrosion inhibitor and hydrogen peroxide are added to the toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated and ozone is introduced into the toxic and refractory wastewater to be treated through an aeration device. The method can increase the production rate and production quantity of free radicals in a reaction system, effectively improve the treatment efficiency for toxic and refractory wastewater, and reduce the treatment cost.

A fluid-solid coupling numerical simulation method for evaluating the effect of wellbore strengthening in a fractured formation includes steps of: establishing an elastic deformation equation of rocks around the wellbore; establishing and solving the fluid flow equations within fractures and plugging zone, respectively; substituting the discretized elastic deformation equation of the rocks around the borehole wall into the fluid flow equations of fractures to obtain a fluid-solid coupling equation set for wellbore strengthening in a fractured formation; and finally solving the fluid-solid coupling equation set; and substituting basic parameters into the fluid-solid coupling equation set, and simulating mechanical response characteristics, width evolution characteristics and flow distribution characteristics of plugged fractures under different parameter combinations. The present invention systematically considers the complex flow states of plugged fractures during wellbore strengthening, as well as the deformation and seepage characteristics plugging zone under multi-force coupling.
