A solid particle bed has a sea zone and at least one island zone distributed in the sea zone, and has an upper surface, a lower surface, an axial direction and a radial direction. The island zone extends along the axial direction of the solid particle bed but does not extend to the lower surface, and the voidage of the island zone is 110-300% of the voidage of the sea zone. In the solid particle bed, the oil preferentially enters the packing area with a small voidage through the tail section of the packing area with a large voidage. As the deposition amount increases, the oil gradually changes its way by entering the packing area with a small voidage through the side of the packing area with a large voidage.

Solid particle bed, fixed bed, and oil hydrogenation method

An online detection device underwater elements includes an LIBS system in a sealing pressure chamber and an external airflow control system. The airflow control system has a gas probe bin and a gas source. The hydrogenation catalyst has a higher active metal sulfurizing degree and a higher number of type II active centers, and can be applied to the hydrogenation treatment process of oil products such as distillate oils and residual oils.

Disclosed are a Z-N catalyst for &#x3b1;-olefin polymerization and an application thereof, specifically, an industrial production catalyst consisting of (A) a solid catalyst component, (B) a cocatalyst organoaluminum compound and (C) an external electron donor compound and used for &#x3b1;-olefin polymerization or copolymerization processes. The catalyst component is prepared from a transition metal such as titanium and magnesium and a composite aromatic diacid diester/1,3-diether as an internal electron donor. One or more organoaluminum compounds or a mixture thereof serve as the cocatalyst. One or more structure control agent hydrocarbyl alkoxysilicons are compounded with one or more activity regulator organic acid esters as the external electron donor capable of automatically adjusting the polymerization rate. The Z-N catalyst is used for &#x3b1;-olefin polymerization/copolymerization, and can automatically adjust the polymerization rate at a higher polymerization temperature so as to maintain stable operation of a reactor.

An intelligent sensing device and a sensing system are disclosed. The sensing device comprises a sensor unit provided with a plurality of sensors, and a wireless communication module, a memory module and a processing module connected with a data platform, wherein the processing module is connected with the sensor unit, the wireless communication module and the memory module; the processing module acquires the motion condition of a user by means of a preset detection algorithm according to a detection result of the acceleration sensor; and the sensing device has multiple different modes corresponding to different preset detection algorithms, and the user selects the preset detection algorithm by setting the mode of the sensing device. The sensing device is extremely low in power consumption, good in stability and sensitivity and high in storage capacity, can be interconnected with the data platform, and allows various sensors to be accessed thereto.

The present disclosure provides a method for improving capability of resisting image noise of a co-phasing system of a dispersed fringe sensor. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out a coarse co-phasing adjustment by utilizing the dispersed fringe sensor until the coarse co-phasing is stabilized in a closed loop; collecting a two dimensional dispersed fringe image by the dispersed fringe sensor; superposing the dispersed fringe image along a dispersed direction so as to convert the two dimensional dispersed fringe image to a one dimensional image along an interferential direction; extracting peak values of the main peak, a left side lobe and a right side lobe of the one dimensional image along the interferential direction, and calculating corresponding piston error value of the image by carrying out a Left-subtracting-right LSR algorithm on these peak values.

Method for resisting noise of co-phasing system of dispersed fringe sensor and optical system

An in-situ on-line detection device and detection method for a long-distance metallurgical liquid metal component. The detection device comprises a front-end high-temperature resistant probe, a middle-end optical sensing device and a back-end control platform, wherein the head of the front-end high-temperature resistant probe is placed in a liquid metal, the tail thereof is coaxially connected to the middle-end optical sensing device, and an optical window is arranged in the connection position; and the middle-end optical sensing device is connected to the back-end control platform through a signal line. The detection device and detection method can provide a timely and valid message for quality control and a melting end, so that the detection time is greatly shortened, the detection distance can he adjusted extensively, the measurement result is accurate, and it can be achieved to measure components that are difficult to measure such as carbon, sulfur, phosphorous, etc.

In-situ on-line detection device and method for long-distance metallurgical liquid metal component

A method for identifying and extracting a linear object from an image is disclosed. The method comprises: acquiring an original image to be processed, wherein the original image is taken by a camera, received through network transmission or copied from a compact disc or a removable disk; preprocessing the original image to obtain an enhanced image; extracting an edge information image from the enhanced image; then extracting linear features by performing, on the edge information image, a linear feature extracting transform improved with a cluster operator; finally; identifying and extracting the linear object by distinguishing the linear object from other linear features by considering characteristics of the linear object to be identified and extracted. According to the invention, a linear feature extracting transform improved with a cluster operator is constructed from a distribution of edge pixels in the edge information image along a 2-dimensional direction, which makes it possible to extract, rapidly and accurately, weak linear objects such as power lines from images having complicated background and sub-pixels.
