A dehumidifying apparatus for a dryer is provided that includes a case, a drum disposed inside the case that receives objects to be dried therein, and a hot air supplier that supplies hot air into the drum and dries the objects to be dried. The dehumidifying apparatus includes a heat exchanger that heat exchanges with air flowing from the drum, and an injection nozzle portion disposed between the hot air supplier and the heat exchanger so as to inject a certain jet. When gas introduced into the dehumidifying apparatus from the drum passes through the jet, foreign substances such as lint, contained in the gas may be separated, thereby preventing accumulation of the foreign substances on the dehumidifying apparatus.

The built-in type compressor/condenser unit includes a louver frame installed on a rectangular shaped space formed on an outer wall of a building. The louver frame is divided into a suction area and a discharge area, each with a plurality of louver blades. The compressor/condenser unit casing is positioned proximate the louver frame, with the surface of the casing which faces the suction area and the discharge area of the louver frame open, and the remaining surfaces of the casing closed. A built-in type compressor/condenser unit for an air conditioner is provided which prevents re-suction of discharged air. The built-in type compressor/condenser unit includes a louver frame which is installed on an inner portion of an outer wall of a building, and which divided into a suction area and a discharge area each having a plurality of louver blades. A compressor/condenser casing is installed in contact with the louver frame, having its surface facing the suction area and the discharge area of the louver frame opened and the other surfaces closed. The louver frame includes an isolating means for isolating air between the suction area and the discharge area so as to prevent air discharged from the discharge unit thought the discharge area from being re-ingested into the suction unit through the suction area of the louver frame.

The present invention discloses a built-in type outdoor unit for an air conditioner including: a louver frame being fixedly installed on a rectangular space inner wall formed on an outer wall of a building, being divided into a suction area and a discharge area, including a plurality of louver blades in each area, and sucking and discharging air through gaps between the louver blades; an outdoor unit casing being formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape, being fixedly installed on the inside bottom of the building to contact with the louver frame, and having its one surface facing the suction area and the discharge area of the louver frame opened and the other surfaces closed; and means installed on at least one of the facing surfaces of the louver frame and the outdoor unit casing, for preventing external leakage of air between the louver frame and the outdoor unit casing. A compressor for compressing a refrigerant gas supplied from an indoor unit through pipe lines, an air-cooled condenser for condensing the refrigerant gas from the compressor, and a cooling fan for supplying external air to the air-cooled condenser through the suction area, and discharging heat exchanged air through the discharge area are installed in the outdoor unit casing.

The present invention relates to a front suction/discharge type outdoor unit for an air conditioner to provide an economical installation structure for efficiently installing a large capacity outdoor unit and provide services for easily transferring the outdoor unit, and examining, exchanging and repairing its components, by separating a suction casing and a discharge casing. The front suction/discharge type outdoor unit includes an outdoor unit suction casing having its one surface externally opened, and sucking external air for heat exchange, and an outdoor unit discharge casing being separated from or coupled to the outdoor unit suction casing, sucking external air through the outdoor unit suction casing, having its one surface externally opened, and discharging heat exchanged external air. Here, opened surfaces are respectively formed in the outdoor unit suction casing and the outdoor unit discharge casing to connect them to discharge the sucked external air.
