A method for maintaining a male sterile plant in a homozygous recessive state includes providing a first plant that includes homozygous recessive male sterility alleles, providing a second plant that includes homozygous recessive male sterility alleles the same as that in the first plant and a nucleotide construct in which the construct exists in a heterozygous state. The first nucleotide sequence of the nucleotide construct encodes a first protein that restores male fertility of the first plant after expression in the first plant. The second nucleotide sequence of the nucleotide construct allows for distinguishing the grains with or without the construct by observation through naked eyes or devices. The first nucleotide sequence and the second nucleotide sequence are tightly connected with each other and coexist in a plant. The method further includes fertilizing female gametes of the first plant with male gametes of the second plant.

Method for propagating sterile male plant line

In one example method for generating an access stratum key in a communication system, a terminal device acquires an input parameter, where the terminal device is communicably coupled to a first network-side device through a first air interface and at the same time is communicably coupled to a second network-side device through a second air interface. The terminal device has access to a core network via the first network-side device, and has access to the core network via the second network-side device which has access to the core network through the first network-side device. The terminal device calculates an access stratum root key of the second air interface according to the input parameter and an access stratum root key of the first air interface, and generates an access stratum key of the second air interface according to the access stratum root key of the second air interface.

Method and device for generating access stratum key in communications system

In one embodiment, a system for generating an access stratum key comprises: a first network-side device that has access to a core network (CN) and is communicably coupled to a user equipment device (UE) through a first air interface, and a second network-side device that has access to the CN through the first network-side device and is communicably coupled to the UE through a second air interface. The first network-side device is configured to calculate an access stratum root key of the second network-side device according to an access stratum root key of the first network-side device and an input parameter; and send the access stratum root key of the second network-side device to the second network-side device. The second network-side device is configured to receive the access stratum root key of the second network-side device from the first network-side device; and generate an access stratum key according to the access stratum root key of the second network-side device.

In the communications system, a user equipment UE accesses a core network via a first network-side device by using a first air interface and connects to the first network-side device via a second network-side device by using a second air interface to access the core network. The method includes: acquiring, by the network-side device, an input parameter; calculating, by the network-side device, an access stratum root key KeNB* according to the input parameter and an access stratum root key KeNB on the first air interface, or using, by the network-side device, the KeNB as the KeNB*; and generating, by the second network-side device, an access stratum key on the second air interface according to the KeNB*, or sending, by the first network-side device, the KeNB* to the second network-side device.

A method for propagating a sterile male plant line includes: (a) providing a first plant that comprises a homozygous recessive male sterility allele; (b) providing a second plant comprising the homozygous recessive allele and a construct, where the construct exists in a heterozygous state and comprises i) a first nucleotide sequence that will restore the male fertility of the first plant after expression, and ii) a second nucleotide sequence that is able to affect the grain shape or the endosperm nutrient material composition in a heterozygous state, which allows for distinguishing the grains with or without said construct by observation through naked eyes or devices; the first nucleotide sequence and the second nucleotide sequence are tightly connected with each other and coexist in plants; and (c) fertilizing the female gametes of the first plant with the male gametes of the second plant.

The present invention relates to a data transmission method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: obtaining, by a benefited device, a cooperative-layer key, performing encryption, or encryption and integrity protection processing on uplink data by using the cooperative-layer key at a cooperative layer to obtain first encrypted data, performing encapsulation processing on the first encrypted data to obtain first encapsulated data, and sending the first encapsulated data to a supporting device in a short-distance communication mode, so that the supporting device processes the first encapsulated data to obtain second encapsulated data and sends the second encapsulated data to a base station. In embodiments of the present invention, secure data transmission is implemented between the benefited device, the supporting device, and the base station in a cooperative communication process, which improves network security and reliability of data transmission.

The white space resource acquisition method provided according to the embodiments of the present invention includes: receiving, by a white space resource request device, a white space resource request message sent by a white space device; and sending, by the white space resource request device, a white space resource response message to the white space device, where the white space resource response message includes white space resource information that is requested from a white space database and that is corresponding to first white space requirement information of the white space device. According to the white space resource acquisition method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, a white space resource request device requests, based on the PAWS protocol, white space resource information from a white space database, and interaction between a white space device and the white space resource request device may be established by using an existing protocol.
