A touchscreen for a narrow-frame electronic device including a conductive layer, a display module, a first circuit board, and a second circuit board. The conductive layer includes a touch sensing electrode and N first traces. The first circuit board includes a touch driving integrated circuit. The second circuit board includes at least one wire. The touch sensing electrode is coupled to a first end of each of the N first traces. A second end of each of M first traces is coupled to a first end of one wire on the second circuit board through the display module, and a second end of each wire on the second circuit board is coupled to the touch driving integrated circuit. The at least one wire on the second circuit board is configured to couple the second end of each of the M first traces to the touch driving integrated circuit.

Touchscreen for narrow-frame electronic device, and electronic device

An electronic device and a method for manufacturing the display apparatus. The electronic device includes a display apparatus and a processor, wherein the display apparatus includes an active-matrix organic light emitting diode (AMOLED) panel, a touch panel, a chip IC, and a printed circuit board. The touch panel is disposed on an upper surface of the AMOLED panel, and the touch panel and the AMOLED panel each has an outgoing line. The outgoing line of the touch panel and the outgoing line of the AMOLED panel are separately extended to form an outgoing line extension end of the touch panel and an outgoing line extension end of the AMOLED panel. The outgoing line extension end of the AMOLED panel and the outgoing line extension end of the touch panel are electrically connected to the printed circuit board PCB by using the chip IC.

Display apparatus, method for manufacturing display apparatus, and electronic device

A display includes at least an array substrate, and the array substrate has a drive circuit layer. At least one first notch is provided on an outer edge of a lead-out side of the array substrate, and a first conductor is disposed in each first notch. A first end of the first conductor is in contact with a lead end of the drive circuit layer, and a second end of the first conductor extends along the first notch to a back side of the array substrate.

Display module and display device

A touchscreen includes a touch drive electrode, a touch sensing electrode, a touch drive circuit, a gate drive circuit, a touch drive electrode lead, and a liquid crystal panel. The touch drive electrode extends along a first direction. The touch drive circuit is disposed in a non-display area of the touchscreen, and an extension direction of the touch drive circuit is parallel to an extension direction of the touch drive electrode. The extension direction of the touch drive circuit is the same as the extension direction of the touch drive electrode. Each touch drive electrode is connected to the touch drive circuit using a touch drive electrode lead. The touch drive electrode lead is disposed in an area in which a gate drive circuit is located. The touch drive electrode lead and the gate drive circuit are disposed in an overlapping manner and are isolated from each other.

An array substrate including a display area and a non-display area, where the non-display area includes a first gate driving circuit, a second gate driving circuit, a first touch driving circuit and a second touch driving circuit. An extension direction of the first gate driving circuit and an extension direction of the second gate driving circuit are perpendicular to an extension direction of gate lines. An extension direction of the first touch driving circuit and an extension direction of the second touch driving circuit are perpendicular to an extension direction of touch driving electrodes. A display mura correction method includes: obtaining initial image data of an initial image displayed on a display of a terminal, where the initial image data includes image data of a mura region corresponding to the initial image, when at least one pixel whose brightness value is not in a reference threshold set exists in the initial image data, the mura region is a region that is covered by the at least one pixel on the display, and a target feature data set of the mura region includes a set of target feature data of the at least one pixel; obtaining, according to a correspondence between feature data and a correction value and the target feature data of the at least one pixel, a target correction value set corresponding to the target feature data set; and writing the target correction value set into the terminal.

Display mura correction method, apparatus, and system

An array substrate comprises a substrate, a passivation layer on a surface of the substrate, a first organic film on a surface of the passivation layer and provided with a groove, a common electrode disposed on a surface of the first organic film outside the groove, and a pixel electrode disposed in the groove. A vertical projection of the common electrode on the surface of the passivation layer does not overlap with a vertical projection of the pixel electrode on the surface of the passivation layer.

Liquid crystal display, array substrate in in-plane switching mode and manufacturing method thereof

A method of fabricating an In-Plane Switching (IPS) screen electrode is disclosed. In the method, a first ITO layer is etched, and the etched first ITO layer is annealed. Subsequently, a second ITO layer is etched, and the etched first ITO layer and the etched second ITO layer are concurrently annealed. With this method, the etched first ITO layer is annealed after the first ITO layer is etched, subsequent etching of the second ITO layer will have no influence upon the annealed first ITO layer, thus making it possible to ensure the line widths of the two ITO layers and a spacing between the respective ITO layers to thereby effectively avoid the problem of a short circuit due to a too small spacing between the respective ITO layers.
