A fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing light olefins includes the following steps: 1) introducing an olefin-rich feedstock into a fluidized catalytic conversion reactor, and contacting with a catalyst having a temperature of 650° C. or higher for reaction; 2) separating the reaction product vapor obtained by the reaction to obtain a stream comprising C5+ olefins; and 3) recycling at least a part of the stream comprising C5+ olefins to step 1) for further reaction. The fluidized catalytic conversion method can effectively improve the yield of light olefins, improve the selectivity and improve the ethylene/propylene ratio of the product.

Fluidized catalytic conversion method for preparing low-carbon olefins

A fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing light olefins from hydrocarbons, includes the steps of conducting catalytic conversion of an olefin-rich feedstock in a first reaction zone of a fluidized catalytic conversion reactor, contacting a heavy feedstock with the reaction stream from the first reaction zone in a second reaction zone of the reactor for reaction, separating the effluent from the reactor, and recycling the resulting olefin-rich stream to the first reaction zone for further reaction. The method can improve the utilization rate of petrochemical resources and shows high yield and selectivity of ethylene, propylene and butylene.

Fluidized catalytic conversion method for producing low-carbon olefins from hydrocarbons

A fluidized catalytic conversion method for maximizing the production of propylene includes the steps of: 1) contacting a heavy feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst having a temperature of 650° C. or higher for reaction; 2) contacting a hydrocarbon oil feedstock having an olefin content of 50 wt % or more with the catalytic conversion catalyst after the reaction of step 1); 3) separating a first catalytic cracking distillate oil and a second catalytic cracking distillate oil from the resulting reaction products; 4) separating an olefin-rich stream from the first catalytic cracking distillate oil; and 5) recycling the olefin-rich stream. The method can effectively improve the yield of propylene and realize an effective utilization of petroleum resources.

Fluidized catalytic conversion method for maximizing production of propylene

A catalytic conversion process for producing gasoline and propylene includes the steps of 1) subjecting a feedstock oil to a first catalytic conversion reaction in a first catalytic conversion reaction device to obtain a first reaction product; 2) separating the first reaction product to obtain a propylene fraction, a gasoline fraction and a fraction comprising Colefin; 3) carrying out an oligomerization reaction on the fraction comprising Colefin in an oligomerization reactor to obtain an oligomerization product comprising Colefin, and optionally separating the oligomerization product to obtain a fraction comprising Colefin; 4) recycling the Colefin-containing oligomerization product or fraction to the first catalytic conversion reaction device, and/or sending the Colefin-containing oligomerization product or fraction to a second catalytic conversion reaction device for a second catalytic conversion reaction to obtain a second reaction product comprising propylene.

Catalytic conversion process and system for producing gasoline and propylene

A process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component, comprising the steps of contacting a heavy feedstock oil with a solvent for extraction separation to obtain a deasphalted oil and a deoiled asphalt; contacting the deasphalted oil and optionally a light feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst for reaction to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene; separating the reaction product to obtain a catalytic cracking distillate oil, and subjecting the catalytic cracking distillate oil to hydrodesulfurization to obtain a low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil, wherein the low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil and/or the deoiled asphalt is suitable for use as a fuel oil component. The process allows the conversion of saturated hydrocarbons in the heavy feedstock into propylene, eliminates the use of saturated hydrocarbons in the fuel oil component, and thus has better economic and social benefits.

Process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component

A process for producing propylene and a low-sulfur fuel oil component, comprising the steps of: i) contacting a hydrocarbon-containing feedstock oil with a catalytic conversion catalyst for reaction under effective conditions in a catalytic conversion reactor in the absence of hydrogen to obtain a reaction product comprising propylene; ii) separating the reaction product from step i) to obtain a catalytic cracking distillate oil, and iii) subjecting the catalytic cracking distillate oil to hydrodesulfurization to obtain a low-sulfur hydrogenated distillate oil suitable for use as a fuel oil component. The process can greatly improve the propylene selectivity and propylene yield while producing more fuel oil components, significantly reduce the yield of dry gas and coke, and thus has better economic and social benefits.
