The present disclosure is directed to a single-cell battery, a battery module, a power battery, and an electric vehicle. The single-cell battery includes a case, a battery cell, an electrode terminal, and a cover plate. The electrode terminal includes a battery post. The single-cell battery further includes a current interruption device mounted on the battery post. The current interruption device has a conductive member and a flipping member connected to the conductive member for mutual electrical connection. The flipping member and the conductive member can be electrically disconnected from each other under action of air pressure. The conductive member is connected to the battery post for mutual electrical connection. The flipping member and the conductive member are connected to each other by using a boss welded structure. The boss welded structure includes a boss, a connection hole accommodating the boss, and an annular welding spot located between the boss and the connection hole. The flipping member includes the connection hole. The conductive member includes the boss. The conductive member is connected to an outer end surface of the battery post. An outer periphery of the flipping member is fixed relative to the cover plate. The battery post is mounted in a ceramic ring connected to the cover plate and is insulated from the outer periphery of the flipping member by using the ceramic ring.

Single cell battery, battery module, power battery, and electric vehicle

The present disclosure is directed to a single-cell battery, a battery module, a power battery, and an electric vehicle. The single-cell battery includes a case, a battery cell accommodated in the case, an electrode terminal electrically connected to the battery cell, and a cover plate for sealing the case. The electrode terminal is disposed on the cover plate. The electrode terminal includes a battery post passing through the cover plate and electrically connected to the battery cell. The single-cell battery further includes a current interruption device mounted on the battery post. The current interruption device is in communication with gas inside the case. The current interruption device has a conductive member and a flipping member connected to the conductive member for mutual electrical connection. The flipping member and the conductive member are electrically disconnected from each other under action of air pressure. The conductive member is connected to the battery post for mutual electrical connection.

The present disclosure provides a connector for battery and a battery having the same. The connector includes: a terminal connecting part configured to be connected with an electrode terminal of the battery; an electrode core connecting part configured to be connected with a winding electrode core of the battery, and having a first connecting plate and a second connecting plate opposite to each other; and a transition part connected between the terminal connecting part and the electrode core connecting part, configured to be fitted within a gap between two tabs of two adjacent winding electrode cores, and having a shape matched with that of the gap.

The connector includes a main connection sheet, a first fixing sheet and a second fixing sheet, in which the main connection sheet is divided into first to third connection segments, the first connection segment and the second connection segment are non-coplanar, the first fixing sheet is connected to an edge of the first connection segment and a first predetermined angle is formed between the first fixing sheet and the first connection segment, the second fixing sheet is connected to an edge of the second connection segment and a second predetermined angle is formed between the second fixing sheet and the second connection segment, and each of the first predetermined angle and the second predetermined angle is larger than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees.

A connector for connecting power batteries, a power battery module, a power battery pack and a vehicle are provided. The connector includes a main connection sheet, a first fixing sheet and a second fixing sheet, in which the main connection sheet includes first and second connection segments in a longitudinal direction, the second connection segment is bent over to be located above the first connection segment, the first fixing sheet is connected to an edge of the first connection segment and a first predetermined angle is formed between the first fixing sheet and the first connection segment, the second fixing sheet is connected to an edge of the second connection segment and a second predetermined angle is formed between the second fixing sheet and the second connection segment, each of the first and second predetermined angles is larger than 0 degree and less than 180 degrees.

A battery cell connector includes a plurality of segments. Each segment defines a respective plane and has a respective longitudinal axis. The battery cell connector further includes a plurality of bends coupling the plurality of segments together into a 3-D object, each bend located between a unique pair of adjacent segments of the plurality of segments, where the unique pair of adjacent segments define two distinct respective planes. The battery cell connector further includes plurality of bends coupling the segments together into a 3-D object. Each bend is located between a pair of adjacent segments of the plurality of segments and the pair of adjacent segments defines two distinct respective planes. The battery cell connector further includes at least one spring comprising two segments welded together. A first segment of the plurality of segments includes first connecting elements for a battery pole of a first battery cell. A second segment of the plurality of segments includes second connecting elements for a battery pole of a second battery cell. The first connecting elements are electrically coupled with the second connecting elements.
