The present disclosure provides a device and an equipment for radiation ray generation. The device may include: a radiation target assembly configured to generate radiation rays under irradiation of an electron beam with a predetermined energy; and a heat dissipation assembly arranged on a back surface of the radiation target assembly, wherein a range of a thickness of the target assembly may be determined based on a peak of energy deposition of a target material of the radiation target assembly under the irradiation of the electron beam with the predetermined energy.

The present disclosure relates to a radiation treatment system. The radiation treatment system may include an MLC having at least one layer of leaves and at least one block. Each of the at least one layer of leaves may include a first group of leaves and a second group of leaves. At least a portion of the leaves may be movable to block pathways of a first portion of the radiation beams within a radiation area. A second portion of the radiation beams may be incident at a treatment region of the radiation treatment system. The MLC may be situated in a first plane. The at least one block may be situated in a second plane different from the first plane. The present disclosure may provide a collimator assembly. The collimator assembly may include a multi-leaf collimator (MLC) situated in a first plane and at least one block situated in a second plane different from the first plane. Thepolysaccharide rich in the β-glucan has stable quality, and its yield, polysaccharide content and β-glucan content are significantly improved compared with water extraction and alcohol precipitation methods in the related art. In vitro pharmacological experiments prove that thepolysaccharide rich in the β-glucan has good anti-inflammatory activity and can be applied to preparation of drugs or health foods.

Systems and methods for a pre-treatment quality assurance (QA) of a radiotherapy device may be provided. The method may include determining a measured dose image through an electronic portal dose imaging device (EPID). The method may include determining an energy fluence distribution map related to radiation beams predicted by a first portal dose prediction model. The method may include determining a predicted dose image based on the energy fluence distribution map and a simulated energy response curve related to the EPID. The method may further include determining differences between the measured and predicted dose images by comparing the dose distributions of the measured and predicted dose images.

Systems and methods for quality assurance of radiation therapy

The present disclosure generally relates to a multi-leaf collimator. The multi-leaf collimator may include a set of leaves installed in a cavity, each leaf of the set of leaves having a length along a first direction. At least a portion of the set of leaves may extend beyond the cavity along the first direction. The set of leaves may be arranged along a second direction, the second direction being different from the first direction. A length of a target leaf of the set of leaves may be less than a length of a reference leaf of the set of leaves. The target leaf may be located in an end portion of the set of leaves along the second direction. The length of the set of leaves may conform to the shape of a maximum therapeutic radiation field.

For each of the plurality of radiation tasks, the system may determine whether a shape change between a radiation field corresponding to the radiation task and a radiation field corresponding to a preceding radiation task exceeds a shape change threshold. The system may determine a fluence map corresponding to the radiation task based on a first determination result of whether the shape change between the radiation field corresponding to the radiation task and the radiation field corresponding to the preceding radiation task exceeds the shape change threshold.
