A battery protection apparatus power protection apparatus is configured to protect an electrochemical cell connected to a load, and includes a protection IC, a switching transistor group, and a sampling resistor. The protection IC includes two power input terminals respectively connected to positive and negative electrodes of the electrochemical cell, and an operational amplifier, where the operational amplifier includes a positive input pin, a negative input pin, and an output pin. The switching transistor group is connected between the negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the load, and is configured to control turn-on and turn-off of a charge and discharge circuit of the electrochemical cell. The sampling detection resistor Rs is serially connected between the sampling circuit detection terminal and the output pin, where the main circuit detection terminal is connected to the positive input pin, and the sampling circuit detection terminal is connected to the negative input pin.

Power protection apparatus and terminal using the apparatus

In a wireless charging transmitter, an output end of an inverter is connected to a transmitter LCC network; an output end of the transmitter LCC network is connected to a transmit coil; and a switch circuit is connected to the transmitter LCC network. The receiver includes a receiver LCC network. When a real part of a first output impedance of the inverter is greater than a real part of a second output impedance of the inverter, a transmitter controller controls the switch circuit to act, so that the wireless charging system works in a double-sided LCC network. When the real part of the first output impedance is less than or equal to the real part of the second output impedance, the transmitter controller controls the switch circuit to act, so that the wireless charging system works in a single-sided LCC network.

The NFC coil is configured to generate/receive an NFC high-frequency magnetic field and transmit/receive NFC power or an NFC signal. The NFC circuit is connected to the NFC power converter and is configured to transmit/receive the high-frequency alternating-current output. The controller is configured to generate different power control signals based on different operating modes of an NFC apparatus.

In the foreign object detection apparatus, a signal generation module generates a first calibration excitation signal based on first indication information received from a processing module and generates at least two first calibration carrier signals based on the first indication information. A phase difference detection module determines, based on each first calibration carrier signal and a first current signal obtained by a foreign object detection module under an action of the first calibration excitation signal, a first phase difference between each first calibration carrier signal and the first current signal. The processing module determines a target initial phase based on the first phase difference, and then generates second indication information. The second indication information indicates the signal generation module to generate a detection carrier signal whose initial phase is the target initial phase.

The controller controls the switches in the controllable inductive branches to be turned on or off, to adjust values of inductive currents injected into a leading bridge arm and a lagging bridge arm through the impedance adjustment circuit.

The transmitting circuit is disposed on a side of the middle frame and faces the housing. The matching network is configured to perform impedance matching on a received alternating current power signal and send the received alternating current power signal to the transmitting coil. The controller is configured to perform phase-locking on a phase of a current fundamental component of the alternating current received by the rectifier, to obtain a periodic signal having a same frequency as the current fundamental component; and the controller is further configured to: generate a synchronization reference signal having the same frequency as the periodic signal, generate drive signals of the controllable switches in the rectifier based on the synchronization reference signal, and control, based on the drive signals, controllable switches in the rectifier to convert the alternating current into the direct current.

A terminal and a fast charging method to fast charge the terminal, where the method includes: sending, by the terminal, instruction information to a charger connected to the terminal in order to instruct the charger to adjust an output voltage and an output current; converting, by the terminal, the output voltage of the charger into 1/K times the output voltage; and converting the output current of the charger into K times the output current such that a charging circuit between two sides of a battery charges the battery with the 1/K times the output voltage and the K times the output current, where K is a conversion coefficient of a conversion circuit with a fixed conversion ratio in the terminal and is a constant value, and K is any real number greater than one.

The battery includes a battery charging port, a battery discharging port, a battery negative port, a protection integrated circuit, a control switch, and an electrochemical cell. The battery charging port and the battery discharging port are ports independent of each other. The battery charging port is connected to a first electrode of the electrochemical cell, and a second electrode of the electrochemical cell is connected to a first end of the control switch, and a second end of the control switch is connected to the battery negative port. The protection integrated circuit is connected in parallel to electrodes of the electrochemical cell, and the protection integrated circuit is further connected to a third end of the control switch. The battery discharging port is connected to the first electrode of the electrochemical cell.

The receive end includes a receive coil, a receive end compensation circuit, a rectifier, and a controller. The controller adjusts a phase difference between a first bridge arm and a second bridge arm of the rectifier, and adjusts a phase-shift angle between a bridge arm voltage of the rectifier and a fundamental component of an input current of the rectifier, so that zero-voltage switching is implemented for controllable switching transistors of the rectifier. An inductance compensation module may weaken a capacitive part of the equivalent impedance, and reduce reactive power of the wireless charging system.

Example batteries, terminals, and charging systems are described. One example battery includes a battery charging port, a battery discharging port, a battery negative port, an overcurrent protection element, a protection integrated circuit, a control switch, and an electrochemical cell. The battery charging port is connected to a positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The control switch is connected in series between a negative electrode of the electrochemical cell and the battery negative port. The protection integrated circuit is connected in parallel to two ends of the electrochemical cell. The protection integrated circuit is further connected to the control switch so as to send a control signal to the control switch. In addition, the overcurrent protection element is connected in series between the battery discharging port and the positive electrode of the electrochemical cell. The battery provided in the present application has both a charging path and a discharging path.

A charging method, a terminal, a charger, and a system, includes: obtaining, by a terminal, a charging mode supported by a charger connected to the terminal; when the charging mode supported by the charger includes an open-loop fast charging mode, detecting, by the terminal, whether both the terminal and the charger are in an open loop state; when both the terminal and the charger are in the open loop state, sending, by the terminal, an open-loop fast charging instruction to the charger; and receiving, by the terminal, a voltage and a current that are transmitted by the charger according to the open-loop fast charging instruction, and performing charging in the open-loop fast charging mode. When determining that the charger supports charging in the open-loop fast charging mode, the terminal is adjusted to the open loop state to perform charging, so as to shorten a charging time and improve user experience.
