The disclosure provides a method and system for injecting cutting fluid during milling under different working conditions. By analyzing influence of an airflow field in a milling area under different working conditions on injection of cutting fluid, an influence rule of a helical angle and a rotation speed of a cutter on the flow field is quantitatively analyzed, an optimal target distance of a nozzle, an angle between the nozzle and a milling cutter feeding direction and an angle between the nozzle and the surface of a workpiece are comprehensively determined, the nozzle is set according to a determined setting manner, and lubricating oil is sprayed to the milling area by utilizing the nozzle.

Method and system for injecting cutting fluid during milling under different working conditions

An automated laser shock peening (LSP) process equipment system for an aero-engine blade, including: a base, where a loading and unloading manipulator, working manipulator, reverse engineering mechanism, coating apparatus, and LSP apparatus are disposed; the loading and unloading manipulator is configured to grab a blade and place it on the reverse engineering mechanism, which includes a reverse engineering instrument and controller that are connected, the instrument can generate three-dimensional digital data of the blade, and the controller generates a working path for coating and LSP according to the data, and transmits the path to the working manipulator; the loading and unloading manipulator places the blade into the pallet, and the working manipulator drives the blade to a corresponding position according to the path. Independent locating and clamping systems of the pallet and the blade and the pallet and the manipulator fix a position of the blade relative to the manipulator.

Automated LSP process equipment system for aero-engine blade

A production line and a method for welding the automobile rear floor panels are provided. In view of the current problem that the position of the wheel housing of the rear floor workpiece affected by the reinforcement structure is not convenient to weld directly, the rounded rectangle workpiece conveying path is adopted. When the direction is adjusted during the workpiece conveying process, the posture relative to the previous station also changes. The welding mechanism of the previous station or the welding mechanism of the next station is used to weld the wheel housing position of the workpiece and weld from the lower part of the wheel housing upward. The molten pool and welding slag after welding are not easy to attach to the workpiece under the action of gravity to cause defects, and can reduce interference with the workpiece structure, and improve the welding efficiency.

The present disclosure provides a carbide blade cutter head filling device and method, and relates to the field of alloy blade processing. The carbide blade cutter head filling device includes a feeding unit, a storage unit, a loading unit and a discharging unit which are arranged successively. The output end of the feeding unit is matched with the input end of the storage unit through the guide mechanism. The output end of the storage unit faces a conveying tray of the loading unit. The conveying tray is provided with a plurality of group of transition holes for accommodating blades. A receiving mechanism for accommodating a cutter head is arranged below the falling pull plate of the discharging unit. The falling pull plate adjusts the communication and isolation between the transition hole and the cutter head in the receiving mechanism by changing the relative position of the falling pull plate and the transition hole. A function of automatically feeding and loading the cutter head is fulfilled, the scattered blades are loaded into the cutter heads in batches instead of manually completing repeated work in a process of loading the blade into the cutter head. Therefore, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the production efficiency is improved, and the blade production cost is reduced.
