A degradable biomedical magnesium alloy drug-eluting vascular stent and a preparation method. With the total weight of a magnesium alloy being 100% for calculation, the magnesium alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 3.0-6.0% of Gd, 2.5-5.5% of Y, 1.0-3.0% of Li, 0.3-1.0% of Zn, 0.2-1.0% of Zr, and the balance being Mg. The stent has good radial support strength and strain dispersion capability by means of finite element design. After a protective coating is used, the corrosion resistance of the magnesium alloy stent is greatly improved. An arsenic trioxide/rapamycin and tacrolimus composite drug sustained-release system is used to fully adapt to the damage repair process of blood vessels. An implantation result of large animals shows that the vascular stent system has a good anti-restenosis treatment effect.

A computer simulation analysis method suitable for describing the mechanical behavior of multiphase composites based on the real microstructure of materials relates to a multidisciplinary field such as computational material science, simulation and high throughput calculation. Through the first-principles calculation under nano scale, the molecular dynamics simulation under micro scale, and the thermodynamic calculation under mesoscopic scale, various physical parameters needed for the finite element simulation under macro scale can be obtained, including the elastic and plastic physical parameters of each phase in the composite at different temperature and different grain sizes. Focused ion beam experiment and image processing are adopted to obtain real material microstructure. Through the parameter coupling and parameter transfer among the calculated results of various scales, combining the microstructure of the material, stress-strain relationship, stress distribution and its evolution law, plastic deformation and other mechanical behaviors of the multiphase composites under complex stress and different temperature can be simulated.

Multi-scale method for simulating mechanical behaviors of multiphase composite materials

The present invention provides a method for preparing yeast beta-D-glucan using a solubilization technology based on molecular assembly, comprising the following steps: (1) micro-fluidizing an enzymatic hydrolysate of yeast cell walls at 70 to 200 MPa, and then centrifuging to obtain a precipitate; (2) resuspending the precipitate obtained in step (1) with a ionic liquid, then dispersing to obtain a solution; wherein the ionic liquid is 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium acetate or 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride; (3) centrifuging the solution obtained in step (2), and then adding ethanol, centrifuging and collecting a precipitate; (4) resuspending the precipitate obtained in step (3) with water, then centrifuging and collecting a supernatant. Preferably, the method further comprises (5): spray drying the supernatant obtained in step (4) to obtain a yeast beta-D-glucan powder. The yeast beta-D-glucan obtained in the present invention has high purity and good solubility, which advantageously enlarges its application range.
