The present disclosure provides a method for configuring and receiving a common control channel, and a device for configuring and receiving a common control channel. The method for configuring a common control channel includes: configuring a common control channel and a SS/PBCH block in a subband where a user equipment resides in a frequency division multiplexing manner, and transmitting the common control channel by using configured resources. Embodiments of the present disclosure may improve resource utilization by configuring the common control channel.

The method includes: acquiring position information of a first type of RB; acquiring reference point offset indication information from a base station, wherein the reference point offset indication information includes a frequency domain offset N of a reference point relative to a specified RB which is one of the first type of RB, wherein a set of available values of N is preset, and an index of a selected value of N in the set is received; calculating a frequency domain position of the reference point based on the position information of the first type of RB and the reference point offset indication information; when receiving scheduling information from the base station, determining an RB for receiving PDSCH based on the frequency domain position of the reference point and resource allocation information included in the scheduling information. Resource allocation efficiency is improved.

A cross-subband or cross-carrier scheduling method, a base station and a user equipment are provided. The method includes: determining a first start symbol and a first end symbol for scheduling a user equipment to transmit and receive data using a time-frequency resource on a second subband or carrier, based on two numerologies corresponding to two subbands or carriers; and transmitting downlink control information to the user equipment on the first subband or carrier, so that the user equipment can transmit and receive data using the time-frequency resource on the second subband or carrier according to the downlink control information, where the downlink control information includes an identification number of the second subband or carrier allocated for the user equipment and the first start symbol and the first end symbol for scheduling the user equipment to transmit and receive data using the time-frequency resource on the second subband or carrier.

The control method includes: indicating configuration information of a subband to be configured to a user equipment via a common control channel of a basic subband, such that the user equipment can use the subband to be configured according to the configuration information, wherein the basic subband is a subband to which the user equipment has access, and the subband to be configured comprises any subband within a bandwidth resource. The above method can support the flexibility of subband configuration.

A user equipment, a network side device and a method for controlling the user equipment. The method includes: generating control information of the user equipment, wherein the control information is adapted to indicate configuration of downlink data reception of the user equipment or configuration of uplink data transmission of the user equipment; adding the generated control information to downlink control signaling; and transmitting the downlink control signaling to the user equipment to instruct the user equipment to configure corresponding parameters according to the control information for data transmission with the network side. The present disclosure can improve configuration flexibility of the user equipment.
