The present application provides a display panel. The display panel includes: gate driver on array (GOA) units arranged along a first direction; clock signal lines arranged along a second direction and arranged at one side of the GOA units; the connection lines, each of the connection lines being extended along the second direction and connected between the corresponding clock signal line and the corresponding GOA units; and a first electrode arranged at one side of the GOA units, the clock signal lines, and the connection lines. The first electrode includes an opening, and the opening is arranged corresponding to at least one of the clock signal lines and/or at least one of the connection lines.

Display panel having opening in first electrode and display device thereof

An array substrate and a display panel are disclosed. The array substrate includes a base substrate, a driver circuit, and a first chip-on-film structure. The array substrate further includes a plurality of transition modules and a plurality of array lines. A gate driver on array (GOA) circuit is separate from the driver circuit to be independently electrically connected to the transition modules and is connected to the base substrate through the array lines, so that problems of occurrence of corner regions in the array lines and heat likely to be produced in the corner regions can be avoided, and display quality of the display panel can be improved.

A voltage drop value of the clock input transistor of a pull-up module of m1GOA unit connected to an n1clock signal line is greater than a voltage drop value of the clock input transistor of a pull-up module of m2GOA unit connected to the n2clock signal line. Based on this circuit structure, a CK impedance difference existing in 8K ultra-high resolution electronic devices can be alleviated.

The driving circuit includes a circuit unit including a thin-film transistor, which includes a patterned member; a capacitor, connected to at least one end of the thin-film transistor of the circuit unit, the capacitor includes an electrode plate; and a redundant patterned member, the redundant patterned member, the electrode plate and the patterned member located in a same conductive layer, the redundant patterned member connected between the patterned member and the electrode plate.
