Systems and methods for automated imaging and evaluation of image based features are disclosed herein. Method for automated imaging and evaluation of image based features can include receiving time-lapse images of at least one human embryo contained in a multi-well culture dish that can have a plurality of micro-wells. Image based features can be automatically generated from the time-lapse images of the human embryo. The image based features, which can include a cavitation feature, can be inputted into a classifier. The classifier can automatically and directly generate a viability prediction with the classifier from the image-based features.

The one or more processors execute instructions to perform the method including obtaining, by the one or more processors, measured data associated with the person, obtaining, by the one or more processors, a facial image of the person, extracting, by the one or more processors, emotional based features from the facial image, using a deep learning model trained on emotion labeled facial images to associate an emotional state with the extracted features to generate emotional data, and fusing, by the one or more processors, the measured data with the emotional data to generate the personalized health rating.

The reduced predicate is processed against the data in the qualified range partitions to obtain a query result.

An embodiment method includes organizing multidimensional data in a storage using a space filling curve algorithm. A plurality of data access paths for allowing access to the data are generated in a hierarchical index topology including an intermediate index page and a plurality of leaf pages. A plurality of odometer-type keys, which point to corresponding data blocks of the multidimensional data in the storage, are digitally composed in the leaf pages using bit clustering in a dimension-by-dimension manner of the multidimensional data. The odometer-type keys have numerical values that determine access to the data blocks according to the space filling curve algorithm. The composition of the odometer-type keys is independent of the numerical values of the odometer-type keys.
