In inter-cell mobility, the association between the CORESET and the TRP may be dynamically updated by L1/L2 beam switch signaling, which may cause RRC reconfiguration latency. To address the latency issue, a UE, in one aspect of the disclosure: (1) receives, from a cell, a configuration of a CORESET and a configuration of a set of TRPs; (2) receives, from the cell, an index indication of an index for the CORESET; and (3) determines, based on the index indication, a TRP in the set of TPRs to be associated with the CORESET.

The wireless device may in some cases broadcast this aggregation capability (e.g., periodically). Additionally or alternatively, the wireless device may transmit the aggregation capability in response to a request received from another wireless device. In some cases, the first wireless device may transmit a request to a second wireless device inquiring about aggregation capabilities of the second wireless device. The second wireless device may respond with its aggregation capabilities (e.g., or may broadcast its aggregation capabilities independently of receiving the response). The wireless devices may establish a multi-link session based at least in part on the indicated aggregation capabilities.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may fail to successfully receive (e.g., fail to receive, or decode) a downlink transmission. In order to suggest a solution for the reception issue to a base station, the UE may detect a reason for the failed reception. The UE may transmit, to the base station, an indication that the UE failed to decode the transmission and may receive, in response, a grant for transmission of a channel state information (CSI) report including resources allocated for an indication of the error reason. The UE may use these resources to indicate the error reason to the base station, and the base station may perform a radio link adaptation action to mitigate the error based on the error reason. In some examples, the UE may suggest the radio link adaptation action to the base station.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information indicating a configuration of slot formats for a plurality of time periods. A first network node may receive a control message identifying at least one symbol or at least one slot to be used for subband full duplex communications at a second network node. The first network node may receive a first indication of uplink resources for uplink communications during the at least one symbol or the at least one slot. The first network node may receive a second indication of downlink resources for downlink communications during the at least one symbol or the at least one slot. The first network node may communicate with the second network node during the at least one symbol or the at least one slot in accordance with one of the first indication or the second indication based on one or more prioritization rules.

Multiplexing rules for subband full duplex communications

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive, from a base station, a first downlink control information (DCI) message scheduling a first transmission between the UE and the base station. The first DCI message may include an indication of a first beam associated with the first transmission and a second beam associated with a second transmission, where the second beam is associated with the first beam. The UE may then communicate with the base station via the second beam associated with the second transmission based on the first DCI message including the indication of the second beam, where the second transmission is scheduled by a second message different from the first DCI message.

Techniques for signaling a common downlink and uplink beam

Aspects described herein relate to receiving control information that schedules multiple data transmissions to be received by a user equipment (UE), receiving a first data transmission of the multiple data transmissions using, based on whether the first data transmission is scheduled to be received before or after a threshold time, one of a first beam identified in the control information or a first default beam, where the threshold time is a time offset from a time at which the control information is received, and receiving a second data transmission of the multiple data transmissions using one of the first beam identified in the control information, a second beam identified in the control information, or a second default beam. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a network entity, one of UE pose information or UE antenna orientation information, wherein the UE antenna orientation information is extracted from the UE pose information. A method of wireless communication performed by a sidelink user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a first candidate relay UE, a plurality of beam failure detection reference signals (BFD RSs) associated with a first plurality of beams, detecting, based on at least one BFD RS of the plurality of BFD RSs, a beam failure associated with a first beam of the first plurality of beams based on a measurement associated with the first beam, and transmitting, to at least one of the first candidate relay UE or a network unit, an indicator indicating the detected beam failure.
