The present disclosure provides a preparation method for metformin hydrochloride. The preparation method includes: microwave heating raw materials containing dicyandiamide and dimethylamine hydrochloride, and reacting the two at 100° C. to 160° C. to obtain a product system containing metformin hydrochloride. Microwave heating is adopted to heat the dicyandiamide and the dimethylamine hydrochloride. Compared with a conventional heating mode that requires heat to be gradually transferred from the outside to the inside, microwave heating can directly heat each part inside the reactant, which can make the internal temperature of the reactant more uniform, thereby reducing the generation of impurities.

Preparation method for metformin hydrochloride

Provided are a continuous post-treatment method and device for a penem compound. The method includes the following steps: S1, performing continuous extraction on a reaction crude product of a penem compound, to obtain an extraction heavy phase and an extraction light phase; S2, performing continuous solid-liquid separation on the extraction heavy phase, to obtain a liquid phase separation product; S3, performing continuous pH adjustment on the liquid phase separation product until a pH value thereof is 6.1-6.3, to obtain pH-adjusted solution; and S4, performing continuous crystallization treatment on the pH-adjusted solution by a first crystallization solvent, to obtain a penem compound product. The use of the method has the advantages of high treatment speed and high efficiency, and stable material properties and a low deterioration rate during the treatment, and has better control over the yield and purity of a target product.

The present invention provides a multi-phase controlled multi-well pumping unit and relates to an oil exploitation device. The multi-phase controlled multi-well pumping unit includes: a power part, where include a rotating shaft; a crank part, where the crank part includes two crank mechanisms, and a power output part, where the power output part includes a plurality of flexible-power-rope guide components. The pumping unit drives the dual cranks by two ends of the rotating shaft to serve as a power source, and the dual-crank power output mechanism leads out a plurality of groups of flexible power ropes to drive, by using the uniformly distributed guide components, a plurality of pumping wells to operate. Such practice can effectively reduce energy consumption of the multi-well pumping unit system and further improve efficiency.

A transgenic method of obtaining blue flowers by catalyzing glutamine to synthesize indigo. The steps include: 1) respectively cloning a Sfp gene encoding phosphopantetheinyl transferase and a bpsA gene encoding indigo synthase downstream of a plant promoter in a plant-promoter-containing plasmid; 2) amplifying the obtained plasmid inand then transferring the same toand 3) transferring DNA containing Sfp and bpsA into a plant. The blue flowers produced by the present invention have various characteristics of natural flowers, being fresh, flower-scented, non-color-fading, and non-toxic. The transgene-encoded enzyme and the produced indigo are not in the vacuole and are not affected by the low pH of the plant vacuole, thereby resulting in a pure blue color. The precursor of the blue matter, i.e., the substrate of the enzyme, is glutamine, which is abundant in plants. The enzyme catalysis reaction comprises a single step, and the transgenic transformation can be carried out on natural white flowers.

The present invention falls within the field of medical technology, and in particular relates to the use of a compound as shown in formula (I). In particular, the present invention relates to the use of the compound as shown in formula (I) in the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for preventing and/or treating a nerve injury, or relieving a nerve injury-associated symptom, and further relates to the use thereof in the preparation of a healthcare product for protecting an injured nerve and/or improving motor function. After a nerve injury has occurred, the compound can reduce the production of pro-inflammatory cytokine, decrease the level of apoptosis, promote the survival of neuron, inhibit the formation of glial scar, and has a significant effect in promoting the recovery of motor function.
