An epitaxy opening is provided in the first dielectric layer to form single-photon avalanche detectors. First contacts vias connecting the detectors, and through silicon vias reaching a back surface of the wafer, are provided in the second dielectric layer and the third dielectric layer, respectively. Electrodes, the second contact vias and the third contact vias are provided in the fourth dielectric layer. The first contact vias are connected to a first electrode via the second contact vias, and the through silicon vias are connected to the first electrode and a second electrode via the third contact vias.

The driving method includes providing a gate driving signal to a gate line, providing a pixel voltage to a data line, and providing a common electrode driving signal to a common electrode, wherein a pixel display operation is performed based on the gate driving signal, the pixel voltage, and the common electrode driving signal, and simultaneously, a touch detection operation is performed based on the common electrode driving signal. The driving method realizes the effect of simultaneously performing a pixel display operation and a touch detection operation, and solves the problem that the pixel display operation of the touch-display apparatus is affected in the touch detection stage.

A resolution method of axial chiral enantiomers of lesinurad (2-(5-bromo-4-(4-cyclopropylnaphthalen-1-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetic acid) adopts inexpensive and readily available quinoline natural products and derivatives thereof, such as quinine, cinchonine, quinidine or cinconidine as resolving agents to react with lesinurad racemate in an organic solvent to form a salt, and the salt is dissociated by acidification so as to obtain optically pure (R)- or (S)-2-(5-bromo-4-(4-cyclopropylnaphthalen-1-yl)-4H-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio)acetic acid. The method can give axial chiral enantiomer of lesinurad in R configuration with a chiral purity ee of up to 100% and a total yield of 90% or more. The obtained axial chiral enantiomer of lesinurad in S configuration can reach a chiral purity ee of up to 99.9% and a total yield of 80% or more.
