At least one phase shift unit of the plurality of phase shift units includes: a first conductive structure and a second conductive structure. The first conductive structure includes at least one first transmission line, and a second transmission line connected to the at least one first transmission line, the second transmission line being configured as an inductive load. The second conductive structure includes at least one third transmission line, each third transmission line being configured to form a capacitor with a first transmission line. The first transmission line, the third transmission line and the capacitor constitute at least a portion of a phase shift communication path of the phase shifter.

An antenna and an electronic device are provided, and belong to the field of communication technology. The antenna includes: a first dielectric substrate, at least one sub-array and at least one first feed structure. Each sub-array includes at least one first radiation portion, at least one phase shifter, at least one second feed structure and a reference electrode layer. Each transmission component includes a first transmission structure and a second transmission structure; the at least one first radiation portion and the at least one second feed structure are on a side of the first dielectric substrate away from the at least one transmission component. The reference electrode layer is on the first dielectric substrate. Each first feed structure includes a first feed port and at least one second feed port; each second feed structure includes a third feed port and at least one fourth feed port.

A proxy-based thin-client web browsing framework enables cooperative web browsing of multiple devices. The multiple devices may include devices that are not intended for web browsing and have limited or no web browsers and/or user input capabilities. The proxy-based thin client web browsing framework employs a virtual browser at a proxy server to perform all browser-engine logics, and retrieve, render and encode web pages on behalf of the multiple devices. The multiple devices therefore only need to have limited decoding and display capabilities to perform web browsing. The proxy-based thin client web browsing framework further includes a touch controller as a remote controller for a device that has no or limited user texting or manipulating capabilities.

Cooperative web browsing using multiple devices

The method includes: in accordance with detecting an operation of triggering a target object, obtaining a resource attribute of the target object; in accordance with detecting the resource attribute meeting a predetermined condition, making response to a first triggering operation by a user for using the target object, and updating the resource attribute of the target object; and processing a target subject based on the target object, and presenting a processing result on a display interface. The frequency of initiating the request to the server by the user is restricted based on the resource attribute, so that the processing pressure of the server is relieved. Furthermore, the user is stimulated to publish the processed effect images based on resource attributes, so that other end users may use the effects of the target object, thereby interactivity is improved.

Method, apparatus, electronic device and storage medium for processing information

Implementations of the subject matter described herein provide a solution for rate control based on reinforcement learning. In this solution, an encoding state of a video encoder is determined, the encoding state being associated with encoding of a first video unit by the video encoder. An encoding parameter associated with rate control in the video encoder is determined by a reinforcement learning model and based on the encoding state of the video encoder. A second video unit different from the first video unit is encoded based on the encoding parameter. In this way, it is possible to achieve a better quality of experience (QOE) for real time communication with computation overhead being reduced.

Reinforcement learning based rate control

The present disclosure provides a waveguide conversion device and wireless communication system. The waveguide conversion device includes: a waveguide cavity including a waveguide transmission cavity and a waveguide back cavity facing each other; a base substrate between the waveguide transmission cavity and the waveguide back cavity, the base substrate including at least a first substrate; and a conversion module on the first substrate and including a balanced antenna, a first differential strip-line and a second differential strip-line, wherein the balanced antenna is in a region where the waveguide transmission cavity faces the waveguide back cavity, the balanced antenna includes a first output port and a second output port; a first end of the first differential strip-line is connected to the first output port of the balanced antenna, and a first end of the second differential strip-line is connected to the second output port of the balanced antenna.

Waveguide conversion device and wireless communication system

A phase shifter includes a signal line and a reference electrode respectively disposed on sides of different ones or both disposed on a same side of a same one of a first base plate and a second base plate proximal to a dielectric layer, and includes a straight unit and a bent unit along an extending direction of the signal line. The signal line includes a first signal sub-line corresponding to the straight unit and a second signal sub-line corresponding to the bent unit, and the reference electrode includes a first reference sub-electrode corresponding to the straight unit and a second reference sub-electrode corresponding to the bent unit. The second signal sub-line and the second reference sub-electrode which correspond to the bent unit are configured to make an impedance of the bent unit match to an impedance of the straight unit and/or an impedance of another adjacent bent unit.

Phased array antenna

Disclosed in some examples are methods, systems, and machine-readable mediums which determine jitter buffer delay by inputting jitter buffer and currently observed network status information to a machine learned model that is trained using a reinforcement learning (RL) method. The model maps these inputs to an action to compress, stretch, or hold the jitter buffer delay, which is used by a recipient computing device to optimize the jitter buffer delay. The model may be trained using a simulator that uses network traces of past real streaming sessions (e.g., communication sessions) of users. By training the model through reinforcement learning, the model learns to make better decisions through reinforcement in the form of reward signals that reflect the performance of each decision.

Reinforcement learning for jitter buffer control

Innovations in adaptive encoding of screen content based on motion type are described. For example, a video encoder system receives a current picture of a video sequence. The video encoder system determines a current motion type for the video sequence and, based at least in part on the current motion type, sets one or more encoding parameters. Then, the video encoder system encodes the current picture according to the encoding parameter(s). The innovations can be used in real-time encoding scenarios when encoding screen content for a screen sharing application, desktop conferencing application, or other application. In some cases, the innovations allow a video encoder system to adapt compression to different characteristics of screen content at different times within the same video sequence.

Adaptive encoding of screen content based on motion type

A computer-implemented method for displaying at least a portion of content being displayed on a first device to also be displayed on a second device. The method includes causing content to be displayed on a first device. The method then includes detecting a second device to concurrently display at least a portion of the content being displayed on the first device. A capability of the first device is compared with a capability of the second device. Based on the comparing, the at least the portion of the content is automatically provided to be displayed on the second device.

A data processing method based on a mobile edge computing (MEC) platform includes receiving a target data packet transmitted by a terminal, determining whether the target data packet includes a network service header (NSH) tag, and when determining that the target data packet includes the NSH tag, transmitting the target data packet to a target MEC platform corresponding to the NSH tag for data processing.
