A method for analyzing light n-alkane components and carbon isotopes in deep and ultra-deep source rocks includes: (S1) subjecting a 5A molecular sieve column to aging; (S2) pyrolyzing a source rock; and allowing a pyrolysis product to enter the 5A molecular sieve column; where n-alkanes are adsorbed and retained by the 5A molecular sieve column; allowing an outflow to pass through a fractionation plate and an empty column or a weak polarity column to be discharged; and (S3) performing programmed heating such that the n-alkanes adsorbed on the 5A molecular sieve column are successively desorbed according to molecular weight, and then pass through the fractionation plate and the HP-5 or DB-5 column to enter a mass spectrometer for composition analysis or isotopic analysis. An analysis system is further provided.

System and method for analyzing light n-alkane components and carbon isotopes in deep and ultra-deep source rock

A preparation method of a molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) for separation and concentration of 4-methylsterane compounds is provided. A template molecule, a functional monomer, a porogen, an initiator and a cross-linking agent are mixed and subjected to polymerization to prepare a polymer with the template molecule, which is then treated to remove the template molecule, so as to give the desired MIP. The template molecule is β-sitosterol or deoxycholic acid. The obtained molecularly imprinted polymer has multiple stable hole structures and binding sites inside, and has memory and recognition functions for the 4-methylsterane compounds, exhibiting excellent specific adsorption performance. The MIP can contribute to the accurate identification of correlation between depositional environment and maturity of crude oils or source rocks. A molecularly imprinted polymer prepared by such method, a chromatographic column and an application thereof are also provided.

A detection device includes a chamber, a top of the chamber is cover with a chamber cover, and a side wall of the chamber is provided with a port D. The chamber is provided with a first waterproof layer and a second waterproof layer, and a water storage layer is disposed between the first waterproof layer and the second waterproof layer. A water supply pipe is disposed in the water storage layer, and the water supply pipe includes a port Dand a port D. An end second pipe is connected to the port D, and another end of the second pipe facing away from the first pipe is provided with a port D. An online detection component and a vacuum extraction system are disposed outside the chamber. The detection device can quantitatively simulate and detect the process of rare gas migration and accumulation under formation water conditions.
