A photosensitive device includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a supporting structure, multiple first microlenses, multiple second microlenses, a first photosensitive element, a second photosensitive element, and a collimating structure. The second substrate is opposite to the first substrate, and there is a gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. The supporting structure is located in the gap between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first microlenses and the second microlenses are respectively disposed on a first side and a second side of the gap. The first photosensitive element is overlapping with one of the first microlenses and one of the second microlenses. The second photosensitive element is overlapping with another one of the second microlenses. The collimating structure is located between the first substrate and the first microlenses.

Photosensitive device

A fingerprint sensing device has a sensing area, an operation area, and a peripheral area, and the operation area is disposed between the sensing area and the peripheral area. The fingerprint sensing device includes a substrate, a sensing element located at the sensing area, an operation element located at the operation area, a first signal line located at the peripheral area, a first planarization layer, a first insulating layer, and a first shading layer. The first planarization layer is located on the substrate and has a first trench, and the first trench overlaps the first signal line. The first insulating layer is located on the first planarization layer and in the first trench, and the first insulating layer has a first opening located in the first trench. The first shading layer is located on the first insulating layer and connected to the first signal line through the first opening.

Fingerprint sensing device

A sensing apparatus including a sensing device, a light-transmitting protective layer, a light-shielding layer, a light-transmitting adhesive layer and a light guide device is provided. The light-transmitting protective layer is disposed on the sensing device. The light-shielding layer is disposed on the light-transmitting protective layer. The light shielding layer has a pinhole corresponding to the sensing device. The light-transmitting adhesive layer is disposed on the light-transmitting protective layer and at least in the pinhole. The light guide device is disposed on the light-transmitting adhesive layer and corresponds to the pinhole. There is a gap between the light guide device and the light shielding layer; and/or the refractive index of the light-transmitting adhesive layer is greater than the refractive index of the light guide device.

Sensing apparatus having light-transmitting adhesive layer

A fingerprint sensing module includes a first substrate, an active device, a photosensitive element layer, a collimation structure layer, a second substrate, a plurality of micro lenses, and a spacer pattern. The active device is disposed on the first substrate. The photosensitive element layer is disposed on the first substrate and is electrically connected to the active device. The collimation structure layer is disposed on the photosensitive element layer. The second substrate is disposed on the collimation structure layer. The micro lenses are disposed on a surface of the collimation structure layer facing away from the photosensitive element layer, and overlap the photosensitive element layer. The micro lenses are divided into a plurality of microlens groups, and the microlens groups are respectively located in a plurality of sensing pixel areas of the fingerprint sensing module. The spacer pattern extends between the microlens groups.

Fingerprint sensing module

A fingerprint recognition device including a light emitting layer, an image sensing layer and a micro-lens layer is provided. The image sensing layer has a plurality of pixels. The micro-lens layer is disposed between the light emitting layer and the image sensing layer and has a plurality of micro lenses respectively corresponding to the pixels. A distance between the micro-lens layer and the light emitting layer is less than or equal to 800 um and greater than or equal to h1, where h1=(x/2&#xd7;tan &#x3b8;), x is the minimum distance between two micro lenses respectively corresponding to different pixels on a plane where the micro-lens layer is disposed, and &#x3b8; is an FWHM light receiving angle of each of the micro lenses.

Fingerprint recognition device

A display device that includes a first substrate, a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines, a plurality of pixel structures, a passivation layer, a bump, a second substrate, and a spacer is provided. The scan lines, the data lines, the pixel structures, and the passivation layer are all located on the first substrate. The bump is arranged on the first substrate. The second substrate is arranged opposite to the first substrate. The spacer is arranged on the second substrate and at least partially overlapped with the bump. One of the bump and the spacer has a first shape and the other has a second shape. Each of lengths of two end sections of the first shape in a first direction is larger than a length of a middle section of the first shape in the first direction.

Display

A pixel structure is provided. The pixel structure includes a scan line, a data line, an active device, a covering layer, and a reflective pixel electrode. The active device is electrically connected with the scan line and the data line. The covering layer covers the scan line, the data line, and the active device. The reflective pixel electrode is disposed on the covering layer, and electrically connected with the active device. The reflective pixel electrode includes a first region having a plurality of first protruding structures and a second region having a planar surface. The area occupied by the first region is 50% to 70% of the total area of the reflective pixel electrode, and the area occupied by the second region is 30% to 50% of the total area of the reflective pixel electrode.
