Disclosed is a chip for detection of basic electric leakage on a residual current protector. Basic electric leakage can be understood as an electric leakage signal which is generated during normal operation of an electrical appliance and cannot cause a residual current protector to trip out. The chip for detection of basic electric leakage includes a peak detection circuit, a 20 ms clock generator, a 60 ms delay circuit, a 2.5 V reference voltage module, a register module, a comparator module, a counter, a digital subtractor, an analog-to-digital converter (ADC) module, a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) module, an analog adder/analog subtractor, a selection circuit, and a circuit for delayed resetting. The present disclosure can identify and eliminate a basic electric leakage signal from an input electric leakage signal, and will not affect normal operation of a load during detection, determination, storage, and output of the electric leakage signal.

Chip for detection of basic electric leakage on residual current protector

The present disclosure discloses a self-check chip of a leakage protector. The self-check chip includes a power-on reset circuit, used for resetting the self-check chip after being powered-on; a reference voltage module, used for providing a reference voltage for a comparator module; a bias circuit, used for providing direct-current bias for the reference voltage module, the comparator module and a ring oscillator; the comparator module, used for monitoring an open-circuit condition of a trip coil and the change of a thyristor anode voltage and generating a power frequency clock; the ring oscillator, used for providing a clock for a counting module and a digital processing module; the counting module, used for generating a self-check signal, a leakage trigger signal, a PHASE pin detection signal and a reset signal of the counting module and the digital processing module; a trip enabling signal generation module; and the digital processing module.

Self-check chip of leakage protector

An anti process variation self-adjustable on-chip oscillator has been disclosed according to the present invention. The on-chip oscillator includes the following components integrated on a same chip: a reference oscillation unit for producing reference pulse; an oscillation unit to be adjusted for producing output pulse; and a self-adjustable logic control unit for receiving the reference pulse and output pulse, and for transmitting a corresponding adjustment signal to the oscillation unit to be adjusted based on the received reference pulse and output pulse to control the oscillation unit to be adjusted to perform the frequency adjustment to the output pulse. The reference pulse required for adjusting the frequency can be generated by the reference oscillation unit integrated on-chip, so that self-adjustment can be achieved on-chip, decrease the cost of the chip compared with off-chip adjustment.
