A hinge module and an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a first body and a second body that the hinge module is connected therebetween, and the first and the second bodies are rotated to be folded or unfolded through the hinge module. The hinge module includes a guiding member, a first rail, a rotating shaft, and a linking member. The rotating shaft disposed at the first body in a rotatable and penetrating manner. The linking member is linked between the rotating shaft and the guiding member. The first and the second bodies are rotated relatively to each other via the guiding member and the first rail, and the guiding member drives the linking member to rotate the rotating shaft.

Hinge module and electronic device using the same

The present disclosure provides an electronic device that includes a display device. A first panoramic image capturing device is movably configured on the display surface of the display device. A second panoramic image capturing device is movably configured on a back panel relative to the display surface. A drive unit is configured to push the first panoramic image capturing device out of the electronic device along a first direction perpendicular to the display surface and push the second panoramic image capturing device out of the electronic device along a second direction, which is opposite to the first direction, when receiving a first signal. The drive unit is configured to pull the first panoramic image capturing device back to the electronic device along the second direction and pull the second panoramic image capturing device back to the electronic device along the first direction when receiving a second signal.

Electronic device and operation method thereof

An electronic device including a display, a host, a hinge, a panoramic camera, a linkage assembly and a torsion spring is provided. The display has a plane facing the host. The hinge is connected between the display and the host. The panoramic camera is disposed in an accommodating space on an upper side of the display and is rotatable relative to the display. The linkage assembly is disposed in the display and driven by the hinge to limit the panoramic camera, such that the panoramic camera is kept in a state of being protruded from the plane of the display, and the torsion spring is disposed on a lower portion of the panoramic camera, wherein when the display is closed relative to the host, the hinge drives the linkage assembly to release the limitation on the panoramic camera, and the torsion spring enables the panoramic camera to be restored to the original position.

Electronic device having panoramic camera

A laptop computer includes a host, a hinge mechanism, and a display. The host includes a housing having a bottom surface, a raising mechanism disposed in the housing, and a pad connected to the raising mechanism, and adjacent to the bottom surface. The hinge mechanism is connected to the host and includes a first shaft connected to the raising mechanism. The display is affixed to the rotation element. When the display is rotated about the host, the first shaft drives the raising mechanism to change the distance between the top of the pad and the bottom surface.

A laptop computer includes a host, a hinge mechanism, and a display. The host includes a housing and a base disposed in the housing and having a curved groove. The hinge mechanism is connected to the host and includes a rotation element. The rotation element includes a curved portion located in the curved groove. The display is affixed to the rotation element.

A laptop computer includes a host, a hinge mechanism, and a display. The host includes a housing, a pivoting base, and a protection cover that pivots on the pivoting base. The hinge mechanism is connected to the host, and includes a first shaft disposed in the housing, and a connection element connected to the first shaft. The display is connected to the hinge mechanism. When the display is rotated about the host, the connection element is rotated following the first shaft and makes the protection cover rotating relative to the housing.

An electric connector suited for an electronic device is provided. The electric connector includes a body, a plurality of terminals, and an electrical connecting member. The body is suited to be disposed in the electronic device and has at least one receiving area located on at least one of a top portion and a bottom portion of an exterior of the body. The terminals are disposed in the body, and an external electric connector is suited to be butted to the body along a first axis to be electrically connected to the terminals. One end of the electrical connecting member is located at the receiving area to be electrically connected to the terminals, and another end of the electrical connecting member extends out of the receiving area along a second axis to be electrically connected to the electronic device. The first axis is different from the second axis.
