An unloading and feeding device can include a driving mechanism, a mounting member, two elastic assemblies, a rotating assembly, a pressing member, and a picking member. The driving mechanism can include a base plate having an edge, a movable assembly coupled to the base plate, a first limiting member coupled to the base plate adjacent to the edge, and a second limiting member coupled to the base plate away from the edge. The first limiting member and the second limiting member are positioned at opposite sides of the base plate. The mounting member can be coupled to the movable assembly. The elastic assemblies can be positioned at opposite sides of the movable assembly, corresponding to the first and second limiting members respectively. Each of the elastic members can include a movable member extending through the mounting member.

Unloading and feeding device

A workpiece turning-over device includes a support base and two moving arm assemblies oppositely positioned on the support base. Each moving arm assembly includes a rotation member on the support base, a moving arm connected to the rotation member, a spur gear pair, and a bevel gear pair. The spur gear pair includes a first spur gear fixedly sleeved on the moving arm, and a second spur gear rotatably connected with the rotation member and meshing with the first spur gear. The bevel gear pair includes a first bevel gear non-rotatably connected with the rotation member, and a second bevel gear non-rotatably connected with the second spur gear and meshing with the first bevel gear. The two rotation members are rotated in opposite directions.

Automated workpiece turning-over device for production line

A pressure detection device includes a pressure detector, a bearing member, at least two guiding rods passing through the bearing member and connecting with the pressure detector, at least two elastic elements sleeving on the at least one guiding rod and resisting between the bearing member and the pressure detector for transferring forces from the bearing member to the pressure detector.

Pressure detection device and polishing apparatus

A pressure detection device includes a connection seat, a pressure transducer connected to the connection seat, and an overload protection member connected to the connection seat. The pressure transducer includes a housing and a detection sleeve received in the housing. The housing is mounted on the connection seat. The overload protection member is positioned above the detection sleeve. A buffering space is formed between the overload protection member and the detection sleeve, so that the overload protection member can bear an amount of exerted pressure when being overloaded.

Pressure detection device

A workpiece orientation apparatus includes a base, two pushing bars, a linear actuator, a connecting member, at least one first connecting bar, and a second connecting bar. The two pushing bars are slidably connected to the base and aligned apart along a first direction. The linear actuator is mounted on the base. The connecting member is driven by the linear actuator to move back and forth along a second direction. One end of the first connecting bar is rotatably connected to the connecting member, and the other end of the first connecting bar is rotatably connected to one of the two pushing bars. One end of the second connecting bar is connected to the first connecting bar and is rotatably assembled together on the connecting member. The other end of the second connecting bar is rotatably connected to the other of the two pushing bars.
