A heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel, a single-sided surface or a double-sided surface of which has several parallel grooves which are formed in a grooving manner, each groove extends in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel, and the several parallel grooves are uniformly distributed along the rolling direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel. Each groove which extends in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel is formed by splicing several sub-grooves which extend in the width direction of the heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel. The manufacturing method for a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel comprises the step of: forming grooves on a single-sided surface or a double-sided surface of a heat-resistant magnetic domain refined grain-oriented silicon steel in a laser grooving manner, a laser beam of the laser grooving is divided into several sub-beams by a beam splitter, and the several sub-beams form the several sub-grooves which are spliced into the same groove.

Disclosed is a method for manufacturing stress-relief-annealing-resistant, low-iron-loss grain-oriented silicon steel, the method comprising: carrying out, by means of a pulse laser, scanning grooving on a single surface or two surfaces of a silicon steel sheet after cold rolling, or after decarburizing annealing, or after high temperature annealing or after hot stretching, temper rolling and annealing, and forming several grooves parallel with each other in a rolling direction of the silicon steel sheet, wherein a single pulse time width of the pulse laser is 100 ns or less, and a single pulse peak energy density is 0.05 J/cmor more; the energy density of a single scan of a single laser beam is 1 J/cmto 100 J/cm; a beam spot of the pulse laser is a single beam spot or a combination of a plurality of beams spots, the shape of the beam spot is circular or elliptic, and the diameter of the beam spot in a scanning direction is 5 &#x3bc;m to 1 mm, and the diameter thereof in a direction perpendicular to the scanning direction is 5 &#x3bc;m to 300 &#x3bc;m; and when scanning grooving is carried out at the same position on the silicon steel sheet, the product of the number of beam spots of the pulse laser and the scan times is 5 or more.

Method for manufacturing stress-relief-annealing-resistant, low-iron-loss grain-oriented silicon steel

A laser-scribed grain-oriented silicon steel resistant to stress-relief annealing and a manufacturing method therefor. Parallel linear grooves () are formed on one or both sides of grain-oriented silicon steel () by laser etching. The linear grooves () are perpendicular to, or at an angle to, the rolling direction of the steel plate. A maximum height of edge protrusions of the linear grooves () does not exceed 5 &#x3bc;m, and a maximum height of spatters in etch-free regions between adjacent linear grooves () does not exceed 5 &#x3bc;m, and the proportion of an area occupied by spatters in the vicinity of the linear grooves () does not exceed 5%. The steel has low manufacturing costs, and the etching effect of the finished steel is retained during a stress-relief annealing process. The steel is suitable for manufacturing of wound iron core transformers.

Laser-scribed grain-oriented silicon steel resistant to stress-relief annealing and manufacturing method therefor

The present invention refers to a chromium-free insulation coating material for non-oriented silicon steel, comprising, in parts by weight, the following components: metal dihydrogen phosphate salt of 100 parts, epoxy resin of 10&#x2dc;60 parts, naphthenate drier or isooctanoate metal salt drier of 0.001&#x2dc;10 parts, organic solvent of 0.001&#x2dc;100 parts and pure water of 60&#x2dc;2000 parts. The metal dihydrogen phosphate salt is Al(HPO), Mg(HPO), Ca(HPO)or Zn(HPO); the epoxy resin is water-soluble epoxy resin or epoxy resin emulsion. Chromium-free insulation coating material of the present invention, after being coated on non-oriented silicon steel, renders highly transparent appearance, and has excellent insulativity, corrosion resistance, adhesiveness, weldability and manufacturability, so as to eliminate defects of the existing chromium-free coating, such as sticky and un-wear-resistant and to meet environment protection requirements.

Chromium-free insulation coating material for non-oriented silicon steel

A manufacturing method of oriented Si steel with high electric-magnetic property comprises the following steps: smelting steel in converter or electric furnace; refining molten steel in two stages; continuous casting to obtain slab; hot rolling; first cold rolling; decarburizing annealing; secondary cold rolling; applying an annealing separator based on MgO and annealing at high temperature; applying an insulating coating and leveling tension annealing. The slab comprises (in wt %): C 0.020-0.050%, Si 2.6-3.6%, S 0.015-0.025%, Als 0.008-0.028%, N 0.005-0.020%, Mn 0.15-0.5%, Cu 0.3-1.2%, balance Fe and inevitable impurities, in which 10&#x2266;Mn/S&#x2266;20 and Cu/Mn&#x2267;2. The method could produce oriented Si steel with high magnetic induction intensity and low iron loss at low cost.

Manufacturing method of oriented SI steel with high electric-magnetic property

A method of manufacturing oriented Si steel containing Cu with high electric-magnetic property comprises: hot rolling slab; after first cold rolling, heating it to 800&#xb0; C. or higher temperature and performing intermediate decarburization annealing in a protective atmosphere with P/Pof 0.50&#x2dc;0.88 for 3-8 minutes, to decrease carbon content of the steel plate to less than 30 ppm; then peening and acid-pickling to remove oxide of Fe on surface and to control oxygen content to lower than 500 ppm; secondary cold rolling to final thickness and coating separation agent in water-slurry form; drying to decrease water content to lower than 1.5%; high-temperature annealing in a protective atmosphere containing hydrogen with oxidation degree (P/P) of 0.0001-0.2; finally applying a tension coating and leveling tension annealing.
