A stator core, a coil, and a receiving member are included. The coil is attached to the stator core and secured by an impregnant and includes a coil end extending from an end face of the stator core in an axial direction outward in the axial direction. The receiving member having an annular shape is fixed to the end face of the stator core so as to be disposed on a farther outer side than the coil end in a radial direction of the stator core. The receiving member has an outer diameter wa smaller than an outer diameter of the stator core and has a height ha along the axial direction smaller than a height of the coil end.

Stator and electric motor

A housing portion includes: an end surface portion that is arranged on one end side; an inside surface portion that is formed so as to be extended from the end surface portion to the other end side; an opening portion that is arranged so as to be aligned with the inside surface portion and that makes a second internal space formed with the end surface portion and the inside surface portion and an external space communicate with each other; a first protrusion portion that is formed so as to be protruded from the inside surface portion toward the side and that is formed so as to be inclined to one side; and a second protrusion portion that is formed so as to be protruded from the inside surface portion toward the side of the rotary axis and that is formed so as to be inclined to the other side.

An abnormal wearing detection device for seal members for detecting abnormal wearing of a seal member that slides in relation to a circumferential surface of a rotating member to seal the circumferential surface of the rotating member, includes: at least two measuring units among a load ratio measuring unit that measures a load ratio during rotation of the rotating member, a temperature measuring unit that measures the temperature of the seal member, and a gas concentration measuring unit that measures a concentration of a gas emitted from the seal member; and a determining unit that determines that abnormal wearing has occurred when it is detected that at least two measurement values measured by the at least two measuring units fail below a first reference value.

A machine learning apparatus according to the present invention, which learns the operation conditions of a cooling device for cooling a motor or a motor control apparatus, includes a state observer for observing a state variable including at least one of temperature data of the motor and the motor control apparatus at a specific position during operation of the cooling device; a determination data acquisition unit for acquiring determination data that determines a margin of acceptable value of a loss in each of the motor, the motor control apparatus, and the cooling device and a margin of acceptable value of the temperature of each of the motor and the motor control apparatus at the specific position; and a learner for learning the operation conditions of the cooling device in accordance with a training data set constituted of a combination of the state variable and the determination data.

A compact geared motor unit, capable of properly protecting an electric motor without disengaging gears or suspending the unit, even when a thrust force larger than an allowable value is generated. The geared motor unithas an electric motor and a gear configured to generate a thrust force applied to the electric motor when transmitting a torque, and a control section for controlling the electric motor. The control section has a thrust load obtaining part which obtains a thrust load of the electric motor at predetermined timings or time intervals; a critical thrust load storing part which stores a critical thrust load of the electric motor; and a torque limiting part which electrically limits the torque of the electric motor when the obtained thrust load exceeds the stored critical thrust load.
