A method for evaluating IO performance of cache servers includes: collecting basic data of all to-be-evaluated cache servers, where the basic data includes at least service data, disk configuration, load data, and performance data; filtering the basic data of all the to-be-evaluated cache servers, and classifying cache servers whose basic data have the same data characteristics into one category; statistically analyzing basic data of cache servers of each category, to obtain evaluation indexes for the cache servers of each category; and determining, according to the evaluation indexes for the cache servers of each category, disk IO configuration requirements for the cache servers of each category, where the disk IO configuration requirements include at least a disk capacity configuration requirement and a disk load algorithm configuration requirement.

The present disclosure discloses a method, apparatus for processing a disk bad sector, and a computer storage medium. The method includes: obtaining a target disk that is to be processed, and detecting bad sector data in the target disk; combining bad sector areas represented by the bad sector data, to obtain a usable area different from the bad sector areas in the target disk; and determining, according to a detection result, whether the target disk is usable, reconstructing storage space of the target disk based on the usable area if the target disk is usable, and setting an access parameter for the reconstructed storage space. The technical solutions provided by the present disclosure can improve processing efficiency of a faulty disk while saving a disk resource.

The method includes: for any cache server corresponding to a target service, using files stored before a preset time node as old files in the cache server; determining a proportion of the old files in all files stored by the cache server and a visiting rate of the old files within a preset visit time range; determining an adjustment type of a storage capacity of the cache server according to the proportion of the old files and the visiting rate of the old files, where the adjustment type at least includes capacity to-be-expanded, capacity to-be-reduced and capacity unchanged; and determining an adjustment type of a storage capacity of the target service according to adjustment types of storage capacities of all cache servers corresponding to the target service.
