A method for constructing an infrared imaging dataset of gas leakage based on computational fluid dynamics includes steps of: establishing a three-dimensional physical model of a gas leakage field scene; meshing and simulating based on the computational fluid dynamics to obtain leaking gas mole fractions of each mesh under time steps, and constituting three-dimensional gas concentration data corresponding to each frame; using optical gas imaging based on a pinhole camera model, imaging the three-dimensional gas concentration data to obtain initial images, and calculating gas concentration path-lengths corresponding to pixel points in each frame of the initial images; and performing maximum-minimum value normalization and generating grayscale images, thereby constructing the infrared imaging dataset of the gas leakage. The method can not only be used in leakage classification tasks and localization tasks, but can also be used in training tasks related to the leakage concentration.

An integrated structure of an ultrafast response hydrogen sensor includes: a gas path chamber; a gas extractor fixed to a gas inlet of the gas path chamber; and a first hydrogen sensor and a second hydrogen sensor provided inside the gas path chamber; wherein the gas extractor is located in an identical straight line with the first hydrogen sensor and the second hydrogen sensor; the first hydrogen sensor and the second hydrogen sensor each have an Port A and a Port B, and DC voltage is applied to the Port A of the first hydrogen sensor and the Port B of the second hydrogen sensor, and the Port B of the first hydrogen sensor is connected to the Port A of the second hydrogen sensor to form a shared port, and the shared port serves as a voltage output port.

Ultrafast response hydrogen sensor

A transparent top electrode composite film for organic optoelectronic devices includes a substrate, an MoOfilm layer coated on the substrate, a doped Ag-based film layer coated on the MoOfilm layer and an HfOfilm layer coated on the doped Ag-based film layer. A preparation method of the transparent top electrode composite film, which is achieved under vacuum and low temperature, includes steps of (A) depositing an MoOfilm layer on a substrate through thermal evaporation process or electron beam evaporation process without heating the substrate; (B) depositing a doped Ag-based film layer on the MoOfilm layer through sputtering process or evaporation process; and (C) depositing an HfOfilm layer on the doped Ag-based film layer through reactive sputtering process, thereby obtaining the transparent top electrode composite film. The composite film is able to be used as a top electrode material for organic optoelectronic devices.

Transparent top electrode composite film for organic optoelectronic devices and its preparation method

The disclosure relates to a wireless self-powered gas sensor based on electromagnetic oscillations triggered by external forces and its fabrication method. The sensor includes a gas test chamber, a first friction layer, a second friction layer, an interdigital electrode, a gas-sensitive material, an air inlet, an air outlet and leads. The gas sensor of the disclosure is an integrated detection system of 'environmental energy collection&#x2014;wireless energy transmission&#x2014;active spontaneous detection' that can be driven simultaneously only by external mechanical movement, and can work independently without external power supply. The first friction layer and the second friction layer are arranged outside the gas test chamber. The frictional motion will not interfere with the flow field of the test chamber and the gas molecule absorption and desorption, which ensures the stability of gas detection to the greatest extent.

Wireless self-powered gas sensor based on electromagnetic oscillations triggered by external forces and fabrication method thereof

A self-powered automobile exhaust gas sensor including a supporting frame, a ferroelectric-triboelectric coupling functional film, and two metal electrodes. The ferroelectric-triboelectric coupling functional film comprises a first end fixed on the supporting beam in middle of the supporting frame, and a second end is freestanding. The two metal electrodes are grounded and adhered on the upper and lower sides of the supporting frame, respectively. An iron block is mounted on the top of the supporting frame. The ferroelectric-triboelectric coupling functional film includes a negative triboelectric charging layer, a ferroelectric composite material layer and a positive triboelectric charging layer; the ferroelectric composite material layer is prepared via casting method by mixing the ferroelectric material and the gas-sensitive material; the negative triboelectric charging layer has stronger electron affinity ability than the positive triboelectric charging layer, and attracts electrons from the positive triboelectric charging layer.

Self-powered automobile exhaust gas sensor and preparation method thereof

A breathing-driven flexible respiratory sensor includes: a test cavity and a digital electrometer, wherein an upper internal wall of the test cavity is provided with an upper detecting component, and a lower internal wall of the test cavity is provided with a lower detecting component; the upper detecting component and the lower detecting component is arranged in a longitudinal symmetry form; wherein the upper detecting component comprises a substrate, an electrode and a gas sensitive film bonded in sequence from top to bottom, and the substrate is bonded to the upper internal wall of the test cavity; wherein a rubber airbag is disposed in the test cavity, and a friction film is bonded to the rubber airbag; an air inlet cylinder is connected to a left end of the rubber airbag, and an air outlet cylinder is connected to a right end of the rubber airbag.

Breathing-driven flexible respiratory sensor and preparation method thereof

A preparation method of a vanadium oxide powder with high phase-transition latent heat includes steps of taking vanadium pentoxide, oxalic acid and PVP as raw materials, preparing a B-phase VOnano-powder modified by the PVP, and then annealing the B-phase VOnano-powder modified by the PVP at high temperature in an oxygen atmosphere, and obtaining the vanadium oxide powder with high phase-transition latent heat which includes M-phase VOwith a mass percentage in a range of 96-99% and VOwith a mass percentage in a range of 1-4%, and has the phase-transition latent heat larger than 50 J/g. Compared with the vanadium oxide powder prepared by a traditional method without PVP modification and using a vacuum annealing process, the phase-transition latent heat of the vanadium oxide powder provided by the present invention is increased by at least 60%.

In the present invention a first friction unit and a second friction unit are set on a bottom of the box, which comprise a substrate, a conductive electrode layer and a friction layer respectively; the second friction unit is fixed on the bottom of the box; a friction layer of the first friction unit faces a friction layer of the second friction unit; a back plate is set on a substrate of the first friction unit; a balloon is between the box and the back plate; an inlet tube connects the balloon and the box, which is on a side wall of the box; the conductive electrode layer of the first friction layer and the second friction layer are connected to the electrometer respectively. Micro-energy of the respiration is adopted to monitor the breathing.

Three-dimensional folding self-driving flexible respiration monitoring sensor and preparing method thereof

A preparation method of a three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor includes steps of: preparing an encapsulating layer composite, so as to obtain a concentrated solution; preparing a strain sensitive layer composite, so as to obtain a thick liquid; dropping the thick liquid on a glass substrate, and statically curing at a room temperature; dropping the concentrated solution on a cured film obtained in the S3, and statically curing at the room temperature; striping a cured filmed obtained in the S4 from the glass substrate, and drawing out two wires as electrodes; and dropping the concentrated solution on the other surface of the cured film obtained in the S3 with a same amount of S4, and statically curing at the room temperature for obtaining the three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor. The three-layer self-healing structure strain sensor can be prepared without using a repair agent, but can achieve rapid self-repair.

Preparation method of three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor

A method for improving peroxidase-like activity of nanozyme and a product thereof are disclosed, which relate to the field of artificial enzymes in biochemistry. The method adopts a hydrogen peroxide solution with high concentration to treat the VO(B) powder for obtaining a product with high peroxidase-like activity. Compared with the pure VO(B) powder, the peroxidase-like activity of the product obtained by the method is increased by 4 to 12 times. The method provided by the present invention adopts raw materials with low cost and mild reaction conditions, is simple in operation and low in cost, which is conducive to batch preparation. The powder product obtained by the method is able to be applied to detect hydrogen peroxide, glucose, etc., and has great application prospects in biosensing, industrial wastewater treatment and sewage treatment.

Exponential model based uncooled infrared focal plane array readout circuit

A three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor includes: a self-healing sensitive layer, wherein a self-healing encapsulating layer is respectively placed on an upper surface and a lower surface of the self-healing sensitive layer. The self-healing sensitive layer comprises a doped carbon material or a conductive composite. The three self-healing layers of the self-healing strain sensor can quickly repair the internal and external damage caused by the layered structure in a short period of time after the external damage, and does not require external stimulation. The three-layer self-healing structure strain sensor is simple in preparation without using a repair agent, which can achieve rapid self-repair at the room temperature, and can be repeatedly repair. The three-layer self-healing structure increases the strength and modulus of the strain sensor as well as increases the ability of the strain sensor to resist external damage.

Three-layer self-healing flexible strain sensor and preparation method thereof

A carbon material-polymer strain sensitive film and its preparation method are disclosed. The carbon material-polymer strain sensitive film includes multiple layers of carbon sensitive films and multiple layers of polymer films, wherein the multiple layers of carbon sensitive films and the multiple layers of polymer films form a multi-layer composite film in sequence through a layer-by-layer assembly process. The preparation method includes steps of: cleaning, processing a hydrophilic treatment and processing a hydrophobic treatment on a rigid substrate in sequence; preparing a carbon material in dispersion solution and a polymer dispersion solution; through a layer-by-layer self-assembly process, growing the polymer and the carbon material in a form of layer-by-layer on the rigid substrate; transferring the composite film from the rigid substrate to a flexible substrate; and pasting two electrodes at two ends of the composite film and encapsulating with a flexible film.

Carbon material-polymer strain sensitive film and its preparation method

An optical-readout synaptic device based on SiONand a preparation method thereof are provided. The device includes a surface plasmonic waveguide and a memristor; the surface plasmonic waveguide has a vertical three-layer structure that a second metal layer, a SiNdielectric layer and a first metal layer are successively arranged from top to bottom; the memristor has a vertical four-layer structure that a second electrode layer, a second resistive layer, a first resistive layer and a first electrode layer are successively arranged from top to bottom; the memristor is embedded in the surface plasmonic waveguide; and, the first resistive layer and the second resistive layer of the memristor serve as an optical signal transmission channel that is horizontally connected with the SiNdielectric layer of the surface plasmonic waveguide.
