The disclosure provides a thermoelectric conversion structure and its use in heat dissipation device. The thermoelectric conversion structure includes a thermoelectric element, a first electrode and an electrically conductive heat-blocking layer. The thermoelectric element includes a first end and a second end opposite to each other. The first electrode is located at the first end of the thermoelectric element. The electrically conductive heat-blocking layer is between the thermoelectric element and the first electrode.

Thermoelectric conversion structure and its use in heat dissipation device

A thermoelectric drinking apparatus has a feeding pipe, a cooling-gain circulating loop, a heating-gain circulating loop, an outlet pipe, and a thermoelectric heat pump. The thermoelectric heat pump has a cooling unit attached to the cold side of a thermoelectric chip, which has a cooling channel in its interior, and a heating unit attached to the hot side of the thermoelectric chip and provided with a heating channel in its interior. The feeding pipe conducts fluid into the cooling channel and the heating channel respectively. The cooling-gain and heating-gain circulating loop respectively cause fluids in the cooling channel and heating channel to create circular flows, such that the cold side and hot side of the thermoelectric chip respectively cool and heat the fluids via the cooling channel and heating channel. The outlet pipe discharges the cooled and/or heated fluids respectively from the cooling-gain circulating loop and heating-gain circulating loop.

Thermoelectric drinking apparatus and thermoelectric heat pump

A drinking dispenser has a warm water container; a hot water container coupled to the warm water container; a water supplying apparatus separately coupled to the warm water container and the hot water container; and a thermoelectric heat pump apparatus, configured with a pump that is arranged coupling to the water container and a thermoelectric module in respective coupled to the water container and the pump.

The power consumption detecting device is without external power supply. It installed on the electric equipment. This self-powered detecting device comprises at least one thermoelectric element, a processor and a wireless transmitter. As the electric equipment working, the temperature difference on the surface of the electric equipment drives the thermoelectric element to generate a voltage signal. Therefore, a self-powered thermoelectric detecting device will decrease standby power demand. The amplitude of voltage signal is proportion to the temperature difference. In the same time, the power generated by thermoelectric element can be a power source of the wireless transmitter and the chip or processor, so the supply of exterior power is no needed. The wireless transmitter transmits a signal, which is according to the power consumption of electric equipment or electric appliance, to the control center.

Self-powered power consumption detecting device and power consumption detecting method thereof

A method for producing a thermoelectric material is provided. A semiconductor material powder is provided. An electroless plating process is preformed to deposit metal nano-particles on the surface of semiconductor material powder. An electrical current activated sintering process is performed to form a thermoelectric material having one and plurality grain boundaries.

Method for producing thermoelectric material

A thermoelectric device is provided. The thermoelectric device includes a P-type thermoelectric component, an N-type thermoelectric component, and an electrically conductive layer. Each of the P-type thermoelectric component and the N-type thermoelectric component includes a substrate and a nanowire structure. The conductive layer connects the P-type thermoelectric component set with the N-type thermoelectric component set. The thermoelectric device is adapted for recycling heat generated by the heat source, and for effectively converting the heat into electrical energy.

The present invention provides a low power consumption desorption apparatus, which utilizes a pair of electrodes coupled to an absorbing material to provide an electric current flowing through the absorbing material so as to desorb the substances absorbed within the absorbing material. By means of the desorption apparatus of the present invention, the absorbing material is able to enhance the desorbing efficiency and reducing power consumption during desorption. The present invention further provides a dehumidifier using the low power consumption desorption apparatus for providing a continuous dry air flow to desorb and regenerate the moisture from the absorbing material so that the dehumidifier is capable of removing moisture in the air repeatedly to reduce the humidity.

Low power consuming desorption apparatus and dehumidifier using the same

A method and an apparatus for desorption and a dehumidifier are provided in the present invention, in which an electrical potential is applied to electrodes disposed on both ends of an absorbing material so as to desorb the substances absorbed within the absorbing material whereby the absorbing material is capable of being maintained for cycling the absorbing operation. By means of the method and the apparatus of the present invention, the desorbing efficiency can be enhanced and the energy consumption can be reduced during desorption.

Method and apparatus for desorption and dehumidifier using the same

A microfluidic pump driven by thermoacoustic effect is mainly composed of a thermoacoustic device, a fluid-storing tank, and at least one microchannel, etc., wherein the thermoacoustic device may convert thermal energy into acoustic energy. According to the high amplitude pressure fluctuation, the microfluid with high moving velocity emitted through microchannels. Since there is no movable part arranged in the thermo-acoustic generator. In the meantime, it indirectly drives the working fluid located in the fluid-storing tank by the manner of indirect contact. So the present invention may be applied in the non-conductive fluid so as to greatly extend its field of application. Moreover, the characteristics of the fluid won't be influenced by the heating process as well. The present invention is indeed a microfluid-driving device that has inventiveness and high application value.

Microfluidic pump driven by thermoacoustic effect

A multi-stage thermoacoustic device includes a resonance tube mounted therein a plurality of stacks and a plurality of heat exchangers interlaid with each other adjacent to a second end of the resonance tube. A working fluid is filled in the resonance tube. A driver mounted on a first end of the resonance tube drives the working fluid oscillate in the resonance tube, the working fluid is compressed and expanded and causes temperature oscillation and thermal energy flowing from one end of the stack to the other end. The thermal energy, such as cooling capacity, is finally transferred outward through the heat exchangers on sides of the stacks. The multiple stacks and heat exchangers perform a multiple stage temperature gradient. More thermal energy is transferred, and the working efficiency is improved.

Multi-stage thermoacoustic device

A fan filter unit includes a housing having a side wall and a top wall with a bell mouth serving as an air inlet and an open bottom to which a filtering net is attached to serve as an air outlet. A centrifugal fan is arranged in the housing to drive the air from inlet. The fan assembly has an output port for driving an air flow toward the air outlet. A guide plate is arranged in the housing for guiding the air flow along the path from the fan assembly to the air outlet. A sound-absorbing structure including a plurality of wedge-shaped elements made of a sound-absorbing material is attached to the side wall. The wedge-shaped elements are arranged in a line for effectively reducing noise level caused by the operation of the fan assembly. A second line of wedge-shaped elements is optionally attached to the side wall with the wedge-shaped elements of the two lines alternating each other.

A low-noise fan-filter unit for providing filtered airflow is disclosed. The fan-filter unit includes a housing having at least an air inlet and a coaxial air outlet; a centrifugal fan installed in the housing for drawing air into the housing and propelling it out of the air outlet; a filter installed between the fan and the air outlet for removing impurities from the air; and a noise reduction arrangement installed between the fan and the filter for reducing noise. The noise reduction arrangements includes three parting plates incorporating with the housing to form a tortuous air passageway which U-turns the airflow at least two times. The tortuous and extended air passageway, and some sound-absorbing materials furnished along the air passageway increase the contact area between the airflow and the sound-absorbing materials, and enhance the effect of noise absorption.
