A blind spot detection system with speed detection function and device and method thereof are provided. The system is disposed on the rear portion of the vehicle, and includes a signal transceiving module and a central processing unit. The central processing unit includes a speed calculation module and an object detection module. The device includes a main body in which the signal transceiving module is disposed. A first signal is sent toward a detection area behind the vehicle for acquiring a second signal for blind spot detection. By calculation based on the second signal, a third signal is acquired for identifying the static and moving objects, and the relative speed between the vehicle and the static object is determined as the speed of the vehicle. Therefore, the blind spot detection system has a speed detection function.

A warrant recording system includes a setting apparatus and a tire pressure detector. The setting apparatus is connected with the internet for acquiring a standard time. The setting apparatus writes the acquired standard time into the tire pressure detector, such that an initial timestamp is recorded in the tire pressure detector. Therefore, the setting apparatus automatically inputs a warrant period into the tire pressure detector, thus assuring the accurate record of the initial time point of the warrant period.

A method of manufacturing a film three-dimensional mesh fabric has steps of preparing a base cloth, preparing a mesh fabric, preparing a hot-melt film, providing the mesh fabric on the base cloth, providing the hot-melt film on the mesh fabric, heating, compressing and sagging a part of the hot-melt film into a plurality of grids and attaching the part to the base cloth so as to form a sagged portion and a plurality of insert holes, tearing off the base cloth, removing the sagged portion, and generating the film three-dimensional mesh fabric having the mesh fabric, a remaining part of the hot-melt film attached to the mesh fabric without sagging into the plurality of grids and without being attached to the base cloth and the plurality of insert holes corresponding to the plurality of grids and formed on the hot-melt film.

A coating method of reflective film is first to prepare a glass beads film and then select a color to be coated. The color is composed of plural primary colors in fixed ratio, making the color have a standard ratio, which is obtainable from an original database. Next, ratios of the primary colors are respectively adjusted to form a printing ratio according to color fastness, permeability and light barrier property of each primary color attached to the glass beads and then, each primary color is orderly spray coated on the glass beads film to form a coating layer with micro-printing technique in accordance with the printing ratio, thus completing manufacturing of a reflective film with high transmittance and high wide angle.

A tire status receiving system includes a first signal converter module including a first microcontroller unit, a wireless receiver unit for receiving a wireless signal from a tire status sensor and providing the wireless signal to the first microcontroller unit for enabling the first microcontroller unit to convert the wireless signal into a code for information interchange for output through an output unit being electrically coupled to the first microcontroller unit, and a second signal converter module including a second microcontroller unit, a memory unit for storing tire status sensor ID codes and predetermined alarm threshold values, an interface unit for communication with the output unit to receive data, a power supply unit to provide the necessary working electricity, and a communication port electrically coupled to the second microcontroller unit and having installed therein signal transmission circuit and a charging circuit.
