The disclosure provides a processing circuit adapted to read out a sensing voltage of an X-ray sensor and a signal processing method of a sampling circuit. The processing circuit includes an amplifier and the sampling circuit. An inverting input terminal of the amplifier is coupled to the X-ray sensor. The sampling circuit is coupled to an output terminal of the amplifier. The sampling circuit obtains a first voltage, a second voltage, and a sampling voltage of the X-ray sensor in different periods. The sampling voltage is between the first voltage and the second voltage. In the readout period, the sampling circuit subtracts the second voltage from the sampling voltage to obtain a third voltage, subtracts the second voltage from the first voltage to obtain a fourth voltage, and divides the third voltage by the fourth voltage to read out the sensing voltage of the X-ray sensor.

Processing circuit and signal processing method of sampling circuit

A display apparatus including a display panel is provided. The display panel has a plurality of display blocks, wherein each display block includes a light conversion circuit, a pixel array, and a data voltage selection circuit. The light conversion circuit receives the light pulse signal and has a pull-up circuit and a pull-down circuit, wherein the pull-up circuit and the pull-down circuit are coupled between a system high voltage and a system low voltage, and the pull-up circuit and the pull-down circuit output the system high voltage or system low voltage according to the light pulse signal to form a voltage pulse signal. The data voltage selection circuit is coupled to the light conversion circuit and the pixel array and receives an AC waveform voltage to supply a data signal to the pixel array according to the voltage pulse signal.

A brightness compensation circuitry includes a data-setting switch unit receiving a data-setting signal, a pixel unit including a pixel driving circuit that receives the data-setting signal during a data-input period to generate a driving current, and a compensation circuit receiving the driving current generated by the pixel driving circuit. The compensation circuit controls the data-setting switch unit to conduct or not conduct by determining whether or not a magnitude of the driving current conforms with a criterion that is associated with target brightness of the pixel unit.

Brightness compensation circuitry, and display device including the same

A data line driving circuit for a display device having a plurality of data lines is provided to include a plurality of data line drivers respectively coupled to the data lines. Each data line driver includes a register unit to store video data having a pixel value, a pulse width modulation unit generating a PWM signal having a pulse width positively correlated with the pixel value, and a charge-discharge unit performing charge-discharge operation to generate a data voltage on a respective one of the data lines according to the PWM signal. A magnitude of voltage variation on the respective data line is positively correlated with the pulse width of the PWM signal during the charge-discharge operation.

The driver circuit includes a pull-up switch unit, an isolating switch and a pull-down switch unit. A first terminal of the pull-up switch unit is coupled to a first voltage. A first terminal of the isolating switch is coupled to the second terminal of the pull-up switch unit. Driver circuit with device variation compensation and operation method thereof

Provided is the pixel circuit for active matrix display apparatus and the driving method thereof, which is controlled by digital signal. The pre-charge pixel voltage is controlled and discharged by controlling the resistor and transistors, so that the desired grey scale is generated. The pixel circuit includes: a first switch, a second switch, a third switch, an energy storage device and resistor. By controlling the third switch, the first end of the energy storage device is charged to the voltage of the second source. The first switch and the second switch are controlled to switch on, so that the first end of the energy storage device discharging to the first source. The second switch switches off when the first end of the energy storage device reaches the desired pixel voltage.

Pixel circuit for active matrix display apparatus and the driving method thereof

A pixel circuit, an active sensing array, a sensing device, and a driving method thereof are provided. The pixel circuit includes a sensing transistor, a reset transistor, and a storage capacitor. The sensing transistor is electrically connected to a sensing element and a data line. The reset transistor is electrically connected to a first scan line and the sensing transistor. The storage capacitor is electrically connected to the sensing transistor and a second scan line. During a compensation period, the reset transistor is turned on in response to a first scanning pulse from the first scan line, so that the sensing transistor is connected into a diode configuration, and the storage capacitor charges and discharges to a threshold voltage of the sensing transistor through the sensing transistor having the diode configuration in response to switching of a level of the data line.

Pixel circuit, active sensing array, sensing device and driving method thereof

The present application provides a touch-sensing display panel comprising a display panel and a touch-sensing device disposed above the display panel. The touch-sensing device comprises a plurality of select lines, a plurality of readout lines and a plurality of capacitive touch-sensing units arranged in array. Each of the capacitive touch-sensing units comprises a transistor and a touch-sensing pad, each of the transistors comprises a gate electrode electrically connected to one of the select lines, a source electrode electrically connected to a reference voltage, a drain electrode electrically connected to one of the readout lines, and a channel layer electrically coupled to the touch-sensing pad.

Touch-sensing display panel, touch panel, touch-sensing device and touch-sensing circuit

The present invention provides an active X-ray sensing circuit and the sensing method thereof, it is applied in X-ray panel. The X-ray sensing circuit comprises two row of pixel circuit, and the two row of pixel circuit shares one scan line, and each data line connects with two switches. It is compensated the threshold voltage when it switches to the current source. It operates reading when it switches to amplifier. By applying specific scan line signal, the last-row pixel circuit is compensated and the next-row pixel row is read at the same time, so that the sensing circuit array can compensate and sense in one scan to avoid the effect of the leakage current.

A source-follower-type analogue buffer with an active load, a new compensating operation and a display with the source-follower-type analogue buffers are developed to minimize the variation from both the charging time and the device characteristics and maximize the range of the input voltage. In the source-follower-type analogue buffer, during a compensation period, a voltage drop is stored in a proposed storage capacitor, and during a data-input period, the output voltage is compensated by the voltage stored in the storage capacitor.

Source-follower type analogue buffer, compensating operation method thereof, and display therewith

A source-follower-type analogue buffer with an active load, a new compensating operation and a display with the source-follower-type analogue buffers are developed to reduce an error voltage which is the difference between an input voltage and an output voltage of the analogue buffer. The source-follower type analogue buffer can also minimize the variation from both the charging time and the device characteristics and maximize the range of the input voltage.

A shift register and a shift register apparatus are provided. The shift register includes a plurality of shift register apparatus, and each shift register apparatus comprises a pre-charge circuit, a pull-up circuit and a pull-down circuit. The pre-charge circuit is used for sampling an input signal according to a first clock signal and a second clock signal respectively and generate a first charging signal and a second charging signal respectively. The pull-up circuit is coupled to the pre-charge circuit. The pull-up circuit receives the third clock signal and the first charging signal to output an output signal accordingly. The pull-down circuit receives the fourth clock signal and the second charging signal to decide whether to couple the output signal to a common potential.

A pixel circuit of an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode does not provide currents for an organic light-emitting diode during a compensation period, and provides currents, free from variation of a threshold voltage of a thin-film transistor, for the organic light-emitting diode during a data input period, so as to improve gray levels, increase contrast ratios, and decrease power consumption.
