A separating device for separating a continuous single piece of material into individual work pieces includes an supporting block, a moving assembly, a separating assembly and an controller. The supporting block defines a feeding portion for the single material to pass through. The moving assembly is connected to the feeding portion and blows into the feeding portion to push individual work pieces to move along the feeding portion. The separating assembly is positioned on the supporting block. The controller is positioned on either side of the supporting block for recording and signaling the creation of an individual work piece. When the controller signals another work piece, the first separating element presses a following work piece.

Separating device

A lathe control system used for three dimensional curved surface machining includes an input module, a control module, a work table, a feeding module, a first sliding module, a second sliding module, and a cutter. The control module is electrically connected with the input module, the feeding module, the first sliding module, and the second sliding module. The first sliding module drives the feeding module to move along a first direction. The second sliding module drives the feeding module to move along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The cutter is positioned on the feeding module. The feeding module is capable of driving the cutter to move back and forth along a third direction under the control of the control module. The third direction is perpendicular to first and second direction.

The main body includes a cover, an electric controller, a partition, and a cavity. The partition divides the cavity into a first cavity and a second cavity. The collection mechanism includes a plurality of dust deposition portions received in the first and second cavities. Each dust deposition portion is electrically powered and includes a plurality of dust deposition plates. The transferring mechanism is mounted on the platform and communicating with the feeding mechanism. The locking mechanism comprises a mounting plate, a first driving assembly, a second driving assembly, and a pneumatic sucker. The mounting plate is fixed on the platform. The first driving assembly is mounted on the mounting plate. The second driving assembly is fixedly connected to the first driving assembly. The pneumatic sucker is mounted on an end of the second driving assembly adjacent to the platform, and is located near an end of the first transferring member, the first driving assembly driving the second driving assembly and the pneumatic sucker to move along an axis of the pneumatic sucker. The second driving assembly drives the pneumatic sucker to rotate.

The closed chamber may be filled with liquid and gas for discharge. The liquid discharge mechanism discharges the liquid in the liquid pumping mechanism to the outside, and prevents outside air from flowing into the closed chamber.

A drainage device for draining liquid out of a closed chamber includes an air cylinder, a driving assembly, a first channel, a second channel, a first sealing assembly, a second sealing assembly, and a controller. The air cylinder includes a main body defining a receiving chamber, an action piston positioned in the receiving chamber of the main body, and a connecting rod connected to the action piston. The main body defines a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, both of which communicate with the receiving chamber, and the presence of a fixed piston with a seal in each of the inlet and outlet creates a double-acting one-way valve when the action piston is moved up and down.

A drainage device for draining liquid out of a closed chamber includes a main body, a piston assembly, and a transmission assembly. The main body defines a receiving chamber and a liquid inlet communicating with the receiving chamber to the closed chamber. The piston assembly is fixed in the receiving chamber of the main body. The transmission assembly is partially received in the receiving chamber. The transmission assembly and the piston assembly cooperatively separate the receiving chamber to a first chamber adjacent to the liquid inlet and a second chamber away from the liquid inlet. The transmission assembly is slidably received in the receiving chamber, thereby causing air pressure differences between the first chamber and the second chamber, to pump the liquid from the closed chamber to the second chamber. The main body further defines a plurality of discharge holes for draining liquid out of the second chamber.
