Disclosed is an intralymphatic delivery method for treating lymphatic cancer using hyaluronan nanoparticles. These nanoparticles include a hyaluronic acid derivative and a platinum compound. The hyaluronan derivative includes hyaluronic acid, modified histidine and optionally one or more of a polymer or a C-Calkyl. The hyaluronic acid derivative may include linking group(s) that connect the polymer or the C-Calkyl to the hyaluronic acid. The platinum compound includes dichloro(1,2-diaminocyclohexane) platinum (DACHPt), cisplatin and oxaliplatin. This intralymphatic delivery method offers significant advantages for the use of platinum medicines in treating lymphatic cancer.

Intralymphatic delivery of hyaluronan nanoparticle for cancer metastasis

The present invention relates to a target-aiming drug delivery system for diagnosis and treatment of cancer containing liposome labeled with peptides which specifically targets interleukin-4 receptors, and a manufacturing method thereof. The liposome which contains anticancer drugs labeled with IL4RPep peptides prepared in accordance with the present invention can deliver drugs to cancer cells in which IL-4 receptors are overexpressed by IL4RPep peptides which specifically bind to IL-4 receptors, and the drug delivery can recognize cancer cells specifically by a label. Thus, IL4RPep peptides can increase the effect of drugs only on cancer tissues and at the same time significantly reduce the side effects on normal tissues, which makes possible in vivo(molecular) imaging and early diagnosis of tumors. Therefore, the liposome which contains anticancer drugs labeled with IL4Pep peptides of the present invention can be applied, as the target-aiming drug delivery system, effectively to the diagnosis and treatment of cancers.

The disclosure provides a biomedical composition, including: a hyaluronic acid; a modified histidine; and a polymer or C-Calkane, wherein the modified histidine and the polymer or C-Calkane are grafted to at least one primary hydroxyl group of the hyaluronic acid to allow the hyaluronic acid to form a hyaluronic acid derivative, wherein a graft ratio of the modified histidine is about 1-100%, and a graft ratio of the polymer or C-Calkane is about 0-40%.
