A weight training sled with enhanced load effect is disclosed. The main frame has a first end and a second end remote from each other. Two first wheels, in a rotatable state, disposed at either side of the first end. A second wheel, in a rotatable state, disposed at the second end. The damping structure, disposed on the main frame and connected to the second wheel. An operating handle, erected at the first end of the main frame. An auxiliary push frame, erected at the second end of the main frame with a stand portion and a handlebar portion coupled to the upper end of the stand portion. An enhanced weight load holder, disposed on the handlebar portion, including a stop portion spaced from the handlebar portion, forming a handgrip clearance space. A weight member, placed on the enhanced weight load holder and limited in position by the stop portion.

A rope pull training device is disclosed, which includes a mainframe having a vertical post, two laterally opposite hauling ropes respectively configured on the mainframe, a resisting unit connected to the mainframe to provide a resisting force against the pulling force applied on the hauling ropes, and a guiding structure fitted on the vertical post, capable of sliding up and down along the vertical post. Each of the hauling ropes is respectively connected to the guiding structure, and each of the hauling ropes respectively goes through the guiding structure. One end of the hauling rope close to the guiding structure is connected with a handle. The hauling ropes are in a cyclic form. The hauling ropes can maintain a tightened state, and can be applied in different exercising modes.

Disclosed is a weight training device that can be transformed into a hand truck. The device includes a main frame, two first wheels, a second wheel, two first installing tubes, two second installing tubes and two operating parts, wherein the main frame is used for loading at least one heavy object. Each wheel is fitted on the main frame in a rotational manner, so that the main frame can be moved through the rolling of the wheels. Each of the first installing tubes are opposite each other and respectively extends upward. Each of the second installing tubes are opposite each other and respectively extend away from the main frame. Each of the operating parts are opposite each other in the lateral direction and are respectively and selectively configured on each of the first or each of the second installing tubes, so as to shift the operating mode of weight training.

A centrifugal impeller is rotatably received in the annular chamber. A hanging stand for a barbell is provided. The stand has two pole stands and two adjustable holding seats. The two pole stands are longitudinally spaced, and the top of each pole stand has a hook hanging component which can be hanged on a cross rack to enable the pole stands to hang longitudinally. There are four sides of each pole stand, and at least two linked sides have positioning holes which are spaced at intervals. Each adjustable holding seat has a positioning plunger which is capable of being inserted into any of the positioning holes, and provides the body of the barbell to be placed on a holding sheet having an anti-run limitation edge at the end thereof. The hanging stand is easy to construct, flexible to set up, provided at a reduced cost, and the height of barbell is adjustable and progressive.
