Disclosed are a production device and a production method for magnetic fiber blended conformal yarns. Fed roving includes at least two types of fiber blended roving, including magnetic fibers. By adding left and right magnets on the outer circumference of a middle roller, the magnetic fibers in first strands obtained by untwisting and drawing the roving in a rear drawing zone are dispersed within a certain width range; by adding an adsorption roller that rotates synchronously with a front rubber roller to the front part thereof, and adding an adsorption magnet to the outer circumference of a certain width of an adsorption roller, the magnetic fibers in second strands obtained by drawing the first strands in a front drawing zone are adsorbed upward, the fibers except the magnetic fibers in the second strands are strongly twisted close to the lower part of the front roller and located at the cores of final yarns, and the magnetic fibers are weakly twisted close to the upper part of the adsorption roller and located at the outer parts of the final yarns, thereby forming overall yarn structures that are tight inside but loose outside.

The present invention relates to a method for drafting spun yarns in three stages. The method comprises drafting fiber strips to obtain fiber strands in the first-stage draft zone, drafting fiber strands to obtain non-discrete fiber bands without twist distribution in the second-stage draft zone, and drafting fiber bands to obtain twist less fiber assemblies in the third-stage draft zone. The methods optimize the maximum total draft ratio to obtain twist less fiber assemblies while maintaining evenness and required quality of resultant yarns.

The present invention relates to a method and spinning device for drafting single yarns. The method comprises drafting fiber strands into twistless fiber strands, bringing a primary twist action upon fiber strands in the vortex twist zone, integrating and compressing fiber strands on the suction member to form column fiber strands, outputting column fiber strands and twisting them into spun yarns. The spinning device comprises a drafting mechanism with suction members, wherein the front drafting pair consists of a front rubber roller, a block rubber roller, and a suction member, an air guide member is installed on the suction member, and the block rubber roller, air guide member, and the suction member jointly form a vortex twist zone which fiber strands can pass through.
