Disclosed herein is a benzene ring-containing glucose derivative of formula (I): where Ris each independently and Ris hydrogen. This application also provides a radioactive drug, including a complex formed by the benzene ring-containing glucose derivative and a radionuclide. Use of the benzene ring-containing glucose derivative in the tumor treatment and diagnosis is further provided.

Benzene ring-containing glucose derivative and use thereof

ATc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative having the general formula [Tc-(CNDG)], preparation method and use thereof is disclosed herein. The derivative is centered onTc, and the carbon atom of the isonitrile in CNDG coordinates withTc(I) to form a hexacoordinated complex [Tc-(CNDG)]. The [Tc-(CNDG)]derivative was obtained by the synthesis of the ligand CNDG and the preparation of the lyophilized CNDG kit. The derivative of this disclosure has good stability, simple preparation, high uptake and good retention at a tumor site, and high tumor/non-target ratio, and it is a novelTc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative with excellent performance for tumor imaging. The derivative of this disclosure is advantageous for popularization and application.
