The invention provides a method of detecting crystallographic defects, comprising: sampling wafer of an ingot in complying with a predetermined wafer sampling frequency; identifying crystallographic defects of the wafer to show the crystallographic defects of the wafer; characterizing observation of the crystallographic defects of the wafer and extracting a value characterizing the crystallographic defects; through a result of characterizing the crystallographic defects, obtaining a radial distribution of density of the wafer and categorizing the crystallographic defects; and obtaining an isogram of the crystallographic defects of the wafer to show a crystallographic defect distribution of the whole ingot according to the value characterizing the crystallographic defects and categories of the crystallographic defects. It is no need to break the ingot to obtain the crystallographic defect distribution of the whole ingot, through which the technology for growing the ingot may be effectively adjusted to obtain the ingot with required characteristics of defect.

Method of detecting crystallographic defects and method of growing an ingot

A voltage compensation apparatus, an inverter apparatus, and a photovoltaic power generation system. The system includes a photovoltaic panel string and an inverter apparatus. The inverter apparatus includes an inverter and a voltage compensation apparatus. One pole of a power output terminal of the voltage compensation apparatus is coupled and connected to an N wire in a power grid. In this way, the power output terminal of the voltage compensation apparatus can be directly coupled and connected to the N wire in the power grid, to form a power compensation loop, and there is no need to form a power compensation loop based on a grounding wire of the inverter. Therefore, an electric shock risk that exists when a person unintentionally comes into contact with a housing of the inverter can be eliminated.

Voltage compensation apparatus, inverter apparatus, and photovoltaic power generation system

The present disclosure discloses an energy storage converter, wherein a first end of the energy storage converter is coupled to at least one of the Q cell strings, and second end of the energy storage converter is configured to connect to a power grid. The first energy storage converter includes a DC/AC conversion unit and at least one DC/DC conversion unit. The DC/DC conversion unit is configured to perform adaptation between a voltage of the DC/AC conversion unit and a voltage of a cell string. Therefore, a cell capacity is fully used, and a waste of the cell capacity is reduced.

Energy storage system and photovoltaic energy storage system

A linkage protection system includes an inverter, an anti-potential-induced degradation (PID) apparatus, and an insulation-monitoring apparatus. The anti-PID apparatus is configured to inject a voltage into an input end or an output end of the inverter, to increase or decrease a voltage-to-earth of a photovoltaic system. The insulation-monitoring apparatus is configured to inject an insulation-monitoring voltage into a direct current (DC) side or an alternating current (AC) side of the inverter. The anti-PID apparatus and the insulation-monitoring apparatus directly or indirectly communicate with each other, to learn of information about whether a peer apparatus is operating, and perform linkage control. The anti-PID apparatus and the insulation-monitoring apparatus operate in different time periods.

Linkage protection system and method for photovoltaic power station

An energy combiner apparatus is used to convert output of a power supply, and has three output terminals, so that output ports are increased. In the three output terminals of the energy combiner apparatus, a voltage of 1500 V is output between a first output terminal and a second output terminal, a voltage of 1500 V is also output between the second output terminal and a third output terminal, and a total of 3 kV is output. Therefore, an overall output voltage is increased in a case of equal output power. Because the overall output voltage is increased, a current transmitted on a cable may be reduced. Therefore, a thinner cable may be used, so that costs of the cable are reduced. In addition, four cables conventionally required for connecting to the output terminals of the energy combiner apparatus are reduced to three, so that quantity and costs are reduced.

Power supply system

A power system is disclosed. Output terminals of a power supply or a DC-to-DC unit are cascaded to increase an output voltage, so as to reduce a current between the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and the DC-to-AC unit, and resolve cost and loss problems of the cable from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit. In addition, according to the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, a quantity of cables from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit may be further reduced by cascading output terminals of the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and cascading inputs of the DC-to-AC unit, thereby reducing system costs. In addition, in the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, cascaded input and isolated output of the DC-to-AC unit can reduce a specification of a power conversion device.

Power system

Embodiments of this application provide a power system. An output terminal of a power supply or a DC-to-DC unit is cascaded. In addition, according to the power system provided in embodiments of this application, a quantity of cables from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit may be further reduced by cascading an output terminal of the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and cascading an input of the DC-to-AC unit.

A video transcoding card includes a first transcoding assembly and a second transcoding assembly. The first transcoding assembly includes a first circuit board, first transcoding boards, and a first main electrical connector. The first transcoding boards and the first main electrical connector are disposed on the first circuit board and are electrically connected to the first circuit board. An energy storage system includes one or more energy storage unit clusters, and the energy storage unit cluster includes at least two energy storage modules connected in series. The energy storage system further includes a first bus, a second bus, and a centralized monitoring system of the energy storage unit cluster, where the second bus is a direct current bus. The energy storage unit cluster is coupled to the first bus by using a first converter. One energy storage module includes one energy storage element group and one DC/DC converter, and the energy storage element group is coupled to the second bus by using the DC/DC converter. The centralized monitoring system is connected to the energy storage unit cluster through a control bus, and is configured to control a DC/DC converter in any energy storage module in the energy storage unit cluster.

Energy storage system

A breaker apparatus and an inverter system are configured to disconnect an electrical connection when a fault occurs in a protected circuit. The breaker apparatus is connected in series in a protected circuit, and is configured to disconnect the electrical connection when a fault occurs in the protected circuit. The breaker apparatus includes a first branch, and a second branch. The first branch includes an overcurrent-automatic-disconnection unit and a first current limiting unit that are connected in series, where the overcurrent-automatic-disconnection unit is configured to be automatically disconnected when a current flowing through the overcurrent-automatic-disconnection unit exceeds a breaking current threshold. The a second branch is configured to be open or closed under control of the controller. The controller is configured to control the first controllable switch unit to be closed when the protected circuit operates normally, and control the first controllable switch unit to be open when a fault occurs in the protected circuit.

Direct current breaker feeding an inverter

The present disclosure discloses an energy storage system. The energy storage system includes M cell strings, N energy storage converters, first ends of the N energy storage converters are coupled to at least one of the M cell strings, and second ends of the N energy storage converters are configured to connect to a power grid. A first end of a first energy storage converter is coupled to Q cell strings in the M cell strings, and the first energy storage converter includes a DC/AC conversion unit and at least one DC/DC conversion unit. A first DC/DC conversion unit is coupled to at least one of the Q cell strings by using the first end of the first energy storage converter, the first DC/DC conversion unit is coupled to the DC/AC conversion unit, and the DC/AC conversion unit is coupled to the power grid by using a second end of the first energy storage converter. The first DC/DC conversion unit is configured to perform adaptation between a voltage of the DC/AC conversion unit and a voltage of a cell string. Therefore, a cell capacity is fully used, and a waste of the cell capacity is reduced.

The present disclosure discloses a method for compression casting concrete to reduce the amount of cement, including: adopting any existing concrete mix proportion designed for concrete of given strength, mixing the concrete, pouring the concrete into a mould, and compressing the concrete at a given pressure, where 28-day strength of the compacted concrete is increased; gradually reducing the amount of cement while keeping the amounts of other materials unchanged, where 28-day strength of the concrete is gradually reduced until the concrete meets a design index; proportionally reducing amounts of water and cement in a last mix proportion while keeping the amounts of other materials unchanged, where during compression casting of the concrete, discharge of cement paste is gradually reduced until no cement paste is discharged; and compression casting a concrete member according to a final mix proportion.

An inverter includes a direct-current conversion unit, a busbar unit, and an inversion unit. The direct-current conversion unit includes a first positive input terminal, a first negative input terminal, a second positive input terminal, a second negative input terminal, a first direct current DC-to-DC module, a second DC-to-DC module, a first on/off control device, a second on/off control device, a first switch, and a second switch. The first positive input terminal and the first negative input terminal are configured to connect a first photovoltaic string, the second positive input terminal and the second negative input terminal are configured to connect a second photovoltaic string, and a connection relationship of a circuit in the direct-current conversion unit can be changed based on combinations of turning-on or turning-off of the first switch and the second switch.

Inverter

This application relates to the field of power technologies, and provides a photovoltaic system, which can increase a working voltage of a photovoltaic string. The photovoltaic system includes an adapter circuit, a first photovoltaic string, a second photovoltaic string, and a controller. The controller includes an inverter or a combiner box. The first photovoltaic string and the second photovoltaic string are configured to provide electric energy for the controller. The adapter circuit is configured to be connected to the first photovoltaic string in series, and further configured to connect the second photovoltaic string to the first photovoltaic string in series when a voltage of the first photovoltaic string is lower than a preset threshold.

Photovoltaic system

This application discloses a photovoltaic direct-current breaking apparatus, including a positive connection terminal and a negative connection terminal for connecting a photovoltaic string and a photovoltaic energy converter, a first diode, a first switch, a convector circuit, and an energy absorption circuit, where the first switch, the convector circuit, and the energy absorption circuit are connected in parallel. The convector circuit can effectively avoid arc discharge and ablation generated when the first switch cuts off a direct-current circuit between the photovoltaic string and the photovoltaic energy converter. The first diode can effectively bypass energy stored by an energy storage device in the photovoltaic energy converter, helping reduce required specifications of a semiconductor device in the convector circuit. The energy absorption circuit can also effectively reduce required specifications of the semiconductor device and a varistor.
