A network interface card, a controller, a storage apparatus, and a packet sending method are disclosed, and relate to the storage field to reduce a delay of an RDMA read operation. The network interface card includes: a processing module, configured to: in response to a doorbell signal of a controller, obtain a work queue element (WQE) from a send queue (SQ) corresponding to the controller, where the doorbell signal indicates that there is a to-be-sent message in a storage space to which at least one WQE points in the SQ, the WQE includes indication information, and the indication information indicates a type of a first remote direct memory access (RDMA) packet scheduled by the WQE.

Network interface card, controller, storage apparatus, and packet sending method

A data processing method, applied to a server including a network interface card, a central processing unit and a storage medium. The network interface card performs traffic distribution processing on initial data, determines control data, index data and service data of the initial data, and stores the control data and the index data in the central processing unit. The central processing unit parses the control data, determines a data execution operator corresponding to the control data, issues the data execution operator to the network interface card, processes the index data of the initial data, and stores the processed index data in the medium. The network interface card performs calculation on the service data based on the data execution operator, and stores, in the medium, target service data, index data of the target service data, and metadata of the target service data and the index data determined through the calculation.

Data processing method and apparatus

A disk array for a storage system that includes a dual controller disk array and a server includes a disk frame and two controller nodes. Each controller node includes a switch, where a port of the switch is connected to a port of a switch of a peer controller node. Each controller node is configured to detect whether the peer controller node is invalid through the port. When it has been detected that the peer controller node is invalid, a local controller node enables the peer controller node to send, through the port of the switch of the peer controller node, received data from the server to a port of a switch of the local controller node.
