A network accessing method includes selecting a group representative dynamically from each machine to machine (M2M) terminal group, wherein terminals in the M2M terminal group not selected as the group representative serve as group members. The method also includes requesting, by the group representative, network access from a base station, and serving, as a group member automatically after entering an idle state or entering another cell. This enables multiple M2M terminals to access a network at the same time while avoiding network access congestion.

Provided is a network re-entry method and apparatus in a mobile communication system. The network re-entry method includes sending, by a group delegate Mobile Station (MS) among MSs of a group, a ranging code based on a group Identifier (ID) to a Base Station (BS) and receiving, by the MSs, a Ranging-Response (RNG-RSP) message comprising a ranging status for the group from the BS.

After receiving the paging broadcast signaling transmitted by the base station, an M2M terminal in a terminal group determines whether the terminal group identifier carried in the paging broadcast signaling is the identifier of the terminal group that includes the M2M terminal. If true, the M2M terminal starts a random access process. A base station transmits a paging broadcast signaling on the basis of a terminal group rather than issuing a paging broadcast signaling only to individual M2M terminals so that a plurality of M2M terminals can be randomly accessed smoothly and efficiently without causing network access congestion nor affecting the use of public network users.

A transmission method for multi-antenna retransmission is provided, comprising steps of: generating the bits to be transmitted by respective antennas; mapping the bits to be transmitted by the respective antennas into symbols; and multiplying by a constant the vector constituted by the mapped symbols transmitted by multiple antennas, wherein the resulting vector is orthogonal to the matrix constituted by the symbols previously transmitted by multiple antennas, and transmitting the orthogonal symbols. According to the method of the present invention, the remapped symbols transmitted by the respective antennas and the symbols previously transmitted by the respective antennas constitute a matrix that has an orthogonal property. The orthogonal property can be used to effectively detect signals. In addition, the method has a reception algorithm with low complexity and brings about significant performance gains over conventional methods.

This invention provides a method, system and device for positioning a mobile terminal. The method includes: instructing, by a serving base station or an upper level relay, measuring a transmission time of a positioning signal with the mobile terminal, and instructing two relays in a serving cell to measure the transmission time of the positioning signal with the mobile terminal; and calculating, by the serving base station or the upper level relay, a position of the mobile terminal according to the transmission time of the positioning signal, the position of the serving base station or the upper level relay and the position of the two relays. The method, system and device provided by the present invention can reduce communication overhead in mobile terminal positioning, and improve the positioning accuracy of mobile terminal positioning.
