Predicting temperature of a fuel cell, with an actual opening degree of a thermostat in a thermal management system of a fuel cell and inlet coolant temperature at an inlet of a cell stack of the fuel cell as an input, by using a temperature prediction model, correcting the predicted temperature based on a current operating condition to obtain a corrected temperature of the fuel cell; calculating a prediction weight factor based on the current operating condition; and determining an adjustment opening degree of the thermostat, with a target temperature, the actual temperature, the corrected temperature and the prediction weight factor of the fuel cell as an input, by using a PID controller.

Provided is a fuel cell aging prediction method, a system thereof and a medium. The method includes the following steps: acquiring operation parameters and calculation parameters of a fuel cell corresponding to each historical moment in a historical time period, where the calculation parameters include a stack voltage, active area and a hydrogen permeation current; carrying out calculation based on the calculation parameters corresponding to the historical moment to obtain a mixed aging index corresponding to the historical moment; taking the operation parameters and the mixed aging index corresponding to each historical moment in the historical time period as inputs, and predicting the mixed aging index corresponding to the prediction moment by a mixed aging index prediction model.

Fuel cell aging prediction method, system thereof, medium and product

The present disclosure provides a method for diagnosing an internal short circuit of a battery based on a relaxation voltage, including: 1) acquiring a relaxation voltage curve of each cell in a battery after a current is unloaded under same conditions of the battery; 2) extracting features from the relaxation voltage curve of each cell to obtain corresponding curve features; and 3) determining whether the internal short circuit occurs in the cell according to curve features, thereby completing diagnosis. The present disclosure has the advantages of short detection time and high accuracy over the prior art.
