In a service data processing method performed by a server, user speech information collected by a first terminal is received. A target service operation code according to the user speech information is obtained. The target service operation code is used for identifying target service operation information. The target service operation code is transmitted from the server to the first terminal, so that the first terminal plays the target service operation code by using a speech. The target service operation code obtained by a second terminal is received. A target execution page corresponding to the target service operation code is searched for.
