Provided are a biodegradable self-healing rubber elastomer and its preparation method, which belongs to the field of elastomeric materials. The biodegradable self-repairing rubber elastomer is prepared by a melting method in which enzymatic lignin and itaconic acid are added to lipoic acid separately, melted and blended separately, and then cooled to obtain the rubber elastomer.

The present invention belongs to the technical field of biomass carbon materials, and relates to a lignin porous carbon nanosheet, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof in supercapacitor electrode materials. The method of the present invention performs layer-by-layer self-assembly of sulfonated lignin and oxalate in a selective solvent to prepare a layer-by-layer self-assembled lignin/oxalate composite, which is then carbonized and pickled to obtain the lignin porous carbon nanosheets. The lignin porous carbon nanosheets prepared by the above method of the present invention have a specific surface area of 200-1500 m/g, a micropore specific surface area of 100-500 m/g, a mesoporous specific surface area of 100-1000 m/g, a pore diameter of 0.5-30 nm, and a pore volume of 0.5-1.5 cm/g; they can be applied to supercapacitor electrode materials, showing higher specific capacitance and excellent rate performance (with a specific capacitance retention rate of 76.6%), having good potential application value.

A lignosulfonate dispersion self-healing polyurea coating and a preparation method therefor. The coating is obtained by reacting the following components in parts by mass: 1-10 parts of microcapsules of a lignosulfonate-embedded healing agent; 10-100 parts a polyurea prepolymer; 20-120 parts of a mixed solution of an amino-terminated polyether and a sterically hindered amine chain extender. The preparation method for the coating comprises the steps of at room temperature, adding a mixed solution of microcapsules of a lignosulfonate-embedded healing agent, an amino-terminated polyether and a sterically hindered amine chain extender into a polyurea prepolymer and reacting same at room temperature for 10 min-4 h. The self-healing polyurea coating may be applied to the field of material surface protection, i.e., corrosion resistance of steel structures, especially marine steel structures.

The present invention discloses a lignin-based hierarchical porous carbon with high specific surface area and preparation method and application thereof. The present invention employs maleic anhydride, acrylic acid, and hypophosphorous acid to modify a lignin, then performs a cross-linking reaction with a glutaraldehyde-triethanolamine condensate to prepare a lignin graft-copolymerized by phosphino carboxylic acid copolymer, and then dropwise adding a soluble calcium salt solution and a soluble carbonate solution into the lignin graft-copolymerized by phosphino carboxylic acid copolymer dispersion successively, co-precipitates to prepare a lignin/nano CaCOcomplex, finally obtains a lignin-based hierarchical porous carbon with high specific surface area through carbonizing at a high temperature. The preparation method of the present invention may enable nano CaCOto be uniformly and stably dispersed in a three-dimensional network structure of the lignin graft-copolymerized by phosphino carboxylic acid copolymer, realizing full and uniform complexation of the lignin with nano CaCO.

Lignin-based hierarchical porous carbon with high specific surface area and preparation method and application thereof

A method for promoting enzymolysis of lignocellulose by using a pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and recovery of a cellulase. The method includes: adding lignocellulose to a buffer solution, and then adding a pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and a cellulase; controlling the pH of the mixed solution to be 4.0-6.2, heating the solution to a temperature of 40&#xb0; C. to 60&#xb0; C. and reacting at said temperature for 24-96 h to obtain a saccharified hydrolyzate of lignocellulose; and obtaining an enzymolysed liquid by solid-liquid separation, and then adjusting the pH of the enzymolysed liquid to precipitate the pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and the cellulase for recycling. The method can effectively improve the enzymolysis efficiency of lignocellulose, recover a certain amount of cellulase, and expand the applications of industrial lignin. The method does not require additional equipment, and is simple to operate and environmentally friendly.

Method for promoting enzymolysis of lignocellulose by using pH-responsive lignin amphoteric surfactant and recovery of cellulase

A three-dimensional lignin porous carbon/zinc oxide composite material and its preparation and application in the field of photocatalysis are disclosed. The method includes preparing a lignin/zinc oxide precursor composite by a hydrothermal method from a zinc salt, a weak alkali salt and an industrial lignin, and preparing a three-dimensional lignin porous carbon/zinc oxide composite material by high temperature calcination of the lignin/zinc oxide precursor composite. The composite material has a regular three-dimensional pore structure, with zinc oxide nanoparticles uniformly embedded among the three-dimensional lignin porous carbon nanosheets. Application of the composite material to the field of photocatalysis, especially as a photocatalyst for photocatalytic degradation of organic dye pollutants, can significantly improve the degradation efficiency and rate, and has potential application value in the field of photocatalytic degradation of organic pollutants.

Three-dimensional lignin porous carbon/zinc oxide composite material and its preparation and application in the field of photocatalysis

The present invention, belonging to the technical field of chemical sun-screening agent preparation, discloses a high-ultraviolet absorption lignin/chemical sun-screening agent microcapsule using lignin as a wall material and a preparation method therefor. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving 1-20 parts by weight of lignin in 100-200 parts by weight of an aqueous solution with a pH of 12, adjusting the pH of the solution to 7-10, and then removing insoluble substances by filtration to obtain a lignin solution; and (2) mixing 10-50 parts by weight of the lignin solution in step (1) with 1-10 parts by weight of a chemical sun-screening agent, and performing ultrasonic radiation under a power of 200-1500 W for 10 s to 25 min to obtain a lignin/chemical sun-screening agent microcapsule emulsion. The lignin/chemical sun-screening agent microcapsule of the present invention has excellent ultraviolet absorption performance, can avoid photodegradation of the chemical sun-screening agent, and has good stability; and it effectively prevents the chemical sun-screening agent from directly contacting and hurting the skin, having great application prospects in the field of sun-screening skincare products.

The preparation method includes: adding an activating agent into a basic alkaline lignin solution first, then adding a carboxylating agent and reacting to obtain a carboxylated alkaline lignin; dissolving a phosphorylating agent into water, adding epichlorohydrin, and reacting to obtain a hydroxyl phosphate type compound; mixing the carboxylated alkaline lignin and the hydroxyl phosphate type compound and reacting to obtain a lignin type polymer; adding an inorganic nanoparticle suspension into the lignin type polymer and adding an acid for codeposition to obtain the product after aging and drying.

This invention discloses a high-performance lignin-based water reducer with high degree of sulfonation and high molecular weight and its preparation method. This water reducer exhibits an excellent water-reducing performance, its water-reducing rate of this lignin-based water reducer reaches 25% at a dosage of 0.70 wt %, which is higher than that of the naphthalene-based water reducer and the sulfonated lignin water reducer prepared by oxidation and sulfonation of alkali lignin, and 28-days compressive strength ratio of the concrete with this water reducer to the concrete without this water reducer is up to 150:100. Furthermore, the water reducer of present invention will not be crystallized in winter, and the concrete iron won't be corroded. The water reducer of the present invention makes the concretes having a low bleeding rate, excellent properties of workability, anti-freeze and anti-carbonization.
