A method for adjusting grayscales of a display panel and a display panel, wherein firstly obtaining a reference brightness corresponding to each original grayscale according to each original grayscale, then filtering an initial dataset to obtain a preliminary dataset, calculating a weight of a preset brightness according to a front-viewing weight and the reference brightness, and finally selecting a group of grayscale data corresponding to the preset brightness with the smallest weight as a target high grayscale and a target low grayscale. The present disclosure can increase visual angles of the display panel and solve visual angle defects.

Method of adjusting grayscales of display panel and display panel

Display devices are provided. The display device includes a display panel including subpixels and a drive assembly configured to transmit data signals to the display panel. The drive assembly includes a first storage module, a second storage module, and a fusion module. A first compensation table including first grayscale data corresponding to the subpixels is stored in the first storage module. A second compensation table including second grayscale data corresponding to the first grayscale data is stored in the second storage module. The fusion module is configured to call the first compensation table and the second compensation table, calculate target grayscale data corresponding to the first grayscale data according to the second grayscale data, and compensate the display panel according to a third compensation table merged by the target grayscale data and the first grayscale data.

A method for view angle compensation, includes: obtaining initial pixel data of a to-be-displayed image; performing a region detection on the initial pixel data to obtain a target pixel region in which a target pixel corresponding to target pixel data in the initial pixel data is located; pre-processing the initial pixel data to obtain intermediate pixel data; determining to-be-compensated pixel data in the intermediate pixel data based on the target pixel region; and performing a view angle compensation on the to-be-compensated pixel data in the intermediate pixel data to obtain display pixel data.
