The present disclosure provides a scanned image correction apparatus, method and a mobile scanning device. The apparatus includes an image collector, an arm swing detector, and an image processor. The image collector is configured to collect a scanned image of an object under inspection during a scanning process of scanning the object under inspection by the mobile scanning device, and determine an image parameter of the scanned image. The arm swing detector is disposed at a monitor point on a detector arm of the mobile scanning device, and configured to detect a displacement offset of the detector arm in a specified direction and build an arm swing model of the detector arm. The image processor is configured to determine a change relationship between the image parameter of the scanned image and the displacement offset of the detector arm, and correct the scanned image based on the change relationship.

Scanned image correction apparatus, method and mobile scanning device

A mobile scanning inspection system, comprising a vehicle body and an inspection arm including a cross arm and a vertical arm, wherein a first inspection device and a second inspection device are provided on the cross arm; the first inspection device is on the side close to the vehicle body and it emits a first laser inspection plane parallel to the side plane of the vehicle body, and the length of the longest portion of the first laser inspection plane is longer than the length of the vehicle body; the second inspection device is provided on the side close to the vertical arm and it emits a second laser inspection plane parallel to the side plane of the vehicle body and the second laser inspection plane is centered on the vertical arm, and extends a first preset distance and a second preset distance forward and backward.

Mobile scanning inspection system

This invention relates to a movable article inspection system and inspection method, wherein the inspection system comprises: a first automated guided vehicle, a radiation source and a detection mechanism; said radiation source and said detection mechanism are both mounted on said first automated guided vehicle, said first automated guided vehicle is able to move to a preset scanning inspection position, such that scanning inspection of said article to be scanned is effectuated by means of relative movement between an article to be scanned and the first automated guided vehicle. Such movable inspection system based on an automated guided vehicle is capable of making full use of an existing automated guided vehicle and its control system to make a movement path of the inspection system more flexible, and capable of effectuating centralized control and management of the inspection system, so that it can improve inspection efficiency, and save labor cost.

Movable article inspention system and inspection method

The present disclosure provides a vehicle-carried inspection system, including a radiation source and a detector, the radiation source and the detector being arranged to form an inspection passage. The inspection system further includes a controller configured to control the radiation source so that a first dose of radiation which is safe to a driver is radiated from the radiation source when the driver's cab of the inspected vehicle passes through a ray beam, and control the radiation source so that the dose of radiation of the radiation source becomes a working dose of radiation larger than the first dose of radiation when the other subsequent portions of the inspected vehicle pass through the ray beam.

Vehicle-carried quick inspection system

A detection apparatus comprises a freely-movable integral framework provided with front wheels and rear wheels, characterized in that, a control portion and a scan portion, and a driving mechanism driving said framework to move are provided on said framework, wherein said framework is provided with a first interface for connecting to external power, so that said detection apparatus is driven by external power via the driving mechanism to perform detection while conducting detection on site, and wherein the semitrailer for mounting the framework is provided with a second interface connectable to a traction apparatus so as to connect the detection apparatus and the traction apparatus while carrying out site-changing transportation. Said detection apparatus is not affected by the alteration of the emission standards, has low failure rate and maintenance cost, has zero emission in the detection state, and is pollution-free.

Detection apparatus

A pulse heating&#x2014;time of flight mass spectrometric gas elements analyzer, which involves the chemical analysis field of inorganic materials, and comprises of a pulse heating electrode furnace, a sample charging system, a purification device, a time-of-flight mass spectrometer, a signal acquisition and data processing system, and an automatic control system. Said electrode furnace and sample charging system are united as one via upper/lower electrodes and pneumatic cylinders, to form a closed hearth. Said electrode furnace, purification device and time-of-flight mass spectrometer are interconnected through the gas pipelines: the purified inert carrier gas comes into the hearth from its top, carrying out the gas components released from sample fusion, and upon re-purification, comes into the time-of-flight mass spectrometer; said signal acquisition and data processing system is connected to the detector of the said mass spectrometer via signal cables, and on the basis of computation by the data processing module of the relevant computer software, outputs the mass percentages of O, N, H and Ar in the sample. The lower limit of detection can be below 0.01 ppm to 0.1 ppm, and no less than three elements can be measured simultaneously in one analysis cycle.
