A check valve for low pressure operating conditions includes: a valve cover, a valve body, and an upper diaphragm between the body and the cover. A first pressure cavity is provided on a lower surface of the valve cover and used for accommodating a backward direction medium, a second pressure cavity is machined on an upper surface of the valve body, within which an inflow passage and an outflow passage are provided, an inflow hole is machined from an inner wall of the inflow passage to a bottom face of the second pressure cavity, and a medium enters into the second pressure cavity from the inflow passage via the inflow hole, and applies upward pressure on the upper diaphragm. A backflow channel in communication with the first pressure cavity is machined on a side wall of the outflow passage.

ATc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative having the general formula [Tc-(CNDG)], preparation method and use thereof is disclosed herein. The derivative is centered onTc, and the carbon atom of the isonitrile in CNDG coordinates withTc(I) to form a hexacoordinated complex [Tc-(CNDG)]. The [Tc-(CNDG)]derivative was obtained by the synthesis of the ligand CNDG and the preparation of the lyophilized CNDG kit. The derivative of this disclosure has good stability, simple preparation, high uptake and good retention at a tumor site, and high tumor/non-target ratio, and it is a novelTc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative with excellent performance for tumor imaging. The derivative of this disclosure is advantageous for popularization and application.

Tc-labeled isonitrile-containing glucose derivative and preparation method and use thereof

A fast blind plate switching device, comprising a sealing structure, a clamping structure, a support structure and an execution mechanism. The blind plate has an open-state structure and a blind-state structure. The support structure is used for connecting pipelines at two sides and providing support for the whole device. The clamping structure and the sealing structure are located inside the support structure. The clamping structure is driven by the execution mechanism, and under the drive of the execution mechanism, the clamping structure presses on the blind plate () to eliminate a gap between two sides of the blind plate, so that a seal is formed by means of the sealing structure.
