An ultra-high speed laser cladding device and a process based on the dual suppression of magnetic force and centrifugal force are provided, including a laser generator, a spectrometer, a powder device, a rotary tool and a magnetic field generator. The substrate is installed in the rotary tooling, through the driving device to rotate it. The magnetic field generator is used to generate a magnetic field in the rotary cylinder. The laser generator produces the first laser beam and the second laser beam with different energy through the spectrometer. They are both focused on the surface of the substrate. The powder conveyed by the powder device is sprayed to the surface of the substrate, laser cladded by the first laser beam and the second laser beam. The gas can quickly escape to ensure the density of the cladding layer and reduce the porosity.

Ultra-high speed laser cladding based on double pressing of magnetic force and centrifugal force apparatus and method

A preparation method for an internal laser-induced carbonization layer of aramid fiber resin matrix composite material is provided. The surface of sample of aramid fiber resin matrix composite material is wiped with anhydrous ethanol; the sample of aramid fiber resin matrix composite material was placed on the laser sample platform, and the defocusing amount between the laser focus and the upper surface of the sample was negative. Infrared picosecond laser was used to scan the sample of aramid fiber resin matrix composite material for several times. Since the laser absorption rate of the surface epoxy resin was very low, most of the laser energy passed through the epoxy resin layer and directly acted on the internal aramid fiber. The laser carbonized the internal aramid fiber without damaging the surface resin, and formed a carbonized line along the laser scanning path to realize the conductivity of aramid fiber resin matrix composite.

A sphere precision machining device and a machining method comprise a cavity, an abrasive grain stream, and a circulation device. The cavity holds the workpiece, and comprises two hollow hemispheres, each of said two hemispheres being provided with a main flow channel. Said main flow channel is connected to the cavity. One end of the main flow path of each of the two said hemispheres is connected to a circulating means by which a stream of abrasive grains is made to grind the workpiece. A plurality of main flow channels are disposed homogeneously inside the hemisphere, each of said main flow channels being provided with a plurality of branch flow channels connected to the cavity, said branch flow channels tapering in the flow direction. The present disclosure uses the difference in abrasive grain flow pressure on the surface of the workpiece to achieve precision machining.

The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for additive manufacturing by ultra-high-speed laser cladding. The apparatus includes a laser generator, a beam expander, and a reflector. A light exit path of the reflector is arranged facing a cladding nozzle. The cladding nozzle is connected to a powder pool through a hose and a pump in succession. A matrix is arranged below the cladding nozzle. The matrix is located on a rotary platform. A main stepping motor is fixedly mounted below the rotary platform. The main stepping motor is fixed on a lifting platform. A laser rangefinder is arranged above the matrix. During the laser cladding-based additive manufacturing process, the ultrasonic vibration device, the infrared camera, the high-speed camera, the laser rangefinder, and the radiological inspection system are turned on to monitor the laser cladding process in real time.

Method and apparatus for nanocrystallizing a metal surface by shock wave-accelerated nanoparticles

A method and apparatus for acquiring a nanostructured coating on a metal surface by using an intense shock wave generated by continuous explosion of a laser-induced plasma is provided. The method comprises: irradiating a laser beam on a black paint surface of an upper opening of a high pressure resistant glass pipe having a black paint strip arranged therein; the black paint absorbing the light energy and producing a plasma; generating an initial plasma explosion shock wave; transmitting the initial plasma explosion shock wave in the high pressure resistant glass pipe; generating a plasma cloud reaching a lower opening of a glass catheter; and, the shock wave pressure outputted embedding nanoparticles into a surface of a workpiece. The apparatus comprises the high pressure-resistant glass pipe with a zigzagging switchback shape or a spiral and inverted cone shape.
