The present disclosure is related to systems and methods for image processing. The method includes obtaining an original image. The original image includes at least one blood vessel region and at least one scalp region. The method includes determining an intermediate image by removing the at least one scalp region from the original image. The method includes generating at least one target image by performing a maximum intensity projection operation on the intermediate image. The at least one target image represents the at least one blood vessel region in the original image.

Systems and methods for image processing

The present disclosure is directed to enhancing a lumen display in a CT sectional image of a blood vessel. The CT sectional image may be displayed with a first window level. An average CT value of lumen sections near the heart may be obtained, and a highest CT value of a section of a current blood vessel may also be obtained. A window level may be determined based on the average CT value and the highest CT value. At least a part of the section of the current blood vessel may then be displayed with the window level. The techniques allow for a window level to be preset to enhance lumen display and to improve the consistency of delineating the lumen contour, thereby avoiding deviations caused by subjective selection while saving time and improving patient flow.

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for generating a three-dimensional (3D) image. The method may include obtaining a target two-dimensional (2D) image of a subject; obtaining a 3D image generation model that includes a plurality of sequentially connected layers, at least one layer of which may include a down-sampling block, a connection block, and an up-sampling block; and determining a target 3D image of the subject by processing the target 2D image using the 3D image generation model. The down-sampling block may be configured to generate a plurality of 2D feature maps by coding an input of the down-sampling block. The connection block may be configured to generate at least one 3D feature map based on the plurality of 2D feature maps. The up-sampling block may be configured to generate at least one target 3D feature map by processing the at least one 3D feature map.

A fiber surface of the nerve conduit has groove structures, and thus a specific surface area and cell adhesion sites are increased, and adhesion and proliferation of cells are facilitated. By loading the adipose-derived stem cells, neurotrophic phenotypic effect of peripheral nerve scaffold is improved, and can effectively avoid immunological rejection of transplantation, promote orientational growth of axons into the nerve conduit and promote myelination effect of Schwann cells.
