Example optical signal processing apparatuses and methods are provided. One example apparatus includes: N light sources, a wavelength multiplexer, an optical processor, a dither application circuit, a first detection circuit, a second detection circuit, and a feedback control circuit. The light source generates a single-wavelength signal. The dither application circuit applies a dither signal to the light source. The wavelength multiplexer generates a multi-wavelength signal based on the single-wavelength signal. The first detection circuit is configured to obtain a first power signal of a signal input to the optical processor. The second detection circuit is configured to obtain a second power signal of a signal output from the optical processor. The feedback control circuit adjusts a working parameter of the optical processor based on the dither signal corresponding to the single-wavelength signal, the first power signal, and the second power signal.

Optical signal processing apparatus and method

A multi-wavelength laser and a wavelength control method are disclosed. The multi-wavelength laser includes a waveguide, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are disposed on the waveguide. The first electrode is electrically isolated from the second electrode. The first electrode includes a plurality of sub-electrodes, and every two adjacent sub-electrodes are electrically isolated. The second electrode is configured to amplify an optical signal in the waveguide by loading a current. At least one sub-electrode is configured to adjust a wavelength of the optical signal in the waveguide by loading a current or a voltage.

Multi-wavelength laser and wavelength control method

A cluster light source and a method for generating a cluster light source is provided. A multi-wavelength cluster light source includes: a light source, an optical multiplexer, an optical splitter, and an optical amplifier array. The light source outputs a plurality of single-wavelength continuous-wave light having different wavelengths in parallel. The optical multiplexer combines the plurality of single-wavelength continuous-wave light into one multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. The optical splitter performs power beam splitting on the multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, to output a plurality of multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. The optical amplifier array amplifies the plurality of multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, to output a plurality of other multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. Optionally, the cluster light source further includes a backup light source and an optical switch array.

A coherent transmitter includes a first beam splitter that splits an input first optical signal to obtain a second optical signal and a third optical signal, a first modulator that modulates the second optical signal to obtain a first modulated signal, a phase shift adjustment unit that adjusts a phase of a first sub-signal in the first modulated signal and adjusts a phase of a fourth sub-signal in the phase-adjusted first sub-signal, a first beam combiner that combines a second sub-signal in the first modulated signal and the phase-adjusted fourth sub-signal to obtain a first combined signal, a first PD that performs optical-to-electrical conversion on the first combined signal to obtain a first electrical signal, and a controller that controls, based on the first electrical signal, a voltage applied to the phase shift adjustment unit.

This application discloses a temperature feedback control apparatus, method. The method includes two electric switches, a feedback control unit and an optical component. A first electric switch is configured to control that only a first channel of at least two channels that correspond to the first electric switch is conducted at a moment, to feed back an optical signal of a target optical component connected to the first channel to the feedback control unit. The feedback control unit is configured to calculate temperature of the corresponding optical component based on an electrical signal converted from the optical signal, to obtain a control signal. The second electric switch is configured to control, when the first channel is conducted, that only the second channel is conducted, to transmit the control signal to the target optical component to adjust its temperature. The optical component connects to both the first and second channels.

Temperature feedback control apparatus, method, and system

A method and a device for enhancing brightness and contrast of a video image are provided. In the method, an inflection point, a truncation point, a maximum value of a brightness component, and a minimum value of the brightness component of an image frame to be processed are determined based on the brightness component of the image frame to be processed, a piecewise linear function is determined based on the inflection point, and brightness and contrast enhancement processing is performed on the image frame to be processed based on the piecewise linear function. Compared with the brightness and contrast enhancement method in conventional art, the method and device of the application can achieve better brightness and contrast enhancement effects.
