A method for predicting mass of heavy vehicles based on networked operating data and machine learning includes: collecting operating data; extracting speed, engine output torque, satellite elevation, and gear position under a driving condition; determining a transmission ratio of the heavy vehicle based on the gear position; filtering the speed, engine output torque, and the satellite elevation using three of the plurality of filtering parameters; determining a filtered vehicle longitudinal acceleration under the driving condition using the filtered speed, and one of the plurality of filtering parameters; determining a filtered road gradient sine value under the driving condition using the filtered speed, satellite elevation, and one of the plurality of filtering parameters; and inputting the speed, engine output torque, vehicle longitudinal acceleration, road gradient sine value, and transmission ratio into a vehicle mass prediction model to obtain a predicted mass.

Defect detection method for a semi-conducting bedding layer of a power cable includes: obtaining a length parameter, a corrugation pitch parameter, radius parameters, and a thickness parameter of a power cable; obtaining a first resistance value between a shield and a corrugated sheath, and calculating a second resistance value of the shield based on the length parameter and the corrugation pitch parameter; calculating a radial resistance value of the semi-conducting bedding layer based on the first resistance value and the second resistance value; determining a contact angle of a critical point of contact between the corrugated sheath and the semi-conducting bedding layer based on the radius parameters and the thickness parameter; calculating volume resistivity of the semi-conducting bedding layer based on the radial resistance value and the contact angle; and comparing the volume resistivity with a preset evaluation parameter to obtain a defect detection result of the semi-conducting bedding layer.

A method for improving a bio-coupling efficiency between a protein and a nucleic acid based on an &#x3b1;-helix handle includes the following steps. First, the handle carrying the non-natural amino acid (H-tag) is designed. Then, a recombinant expression plasmid encoding a fusion protein containing the H-tag and the protein to be tested is constructed. Subsequently, the fusion recombinant protein containing the non-natural amino acid in the H-tag is expressed and purified. Finally, the non-natural amino acid in the H-tag-fused protein and the coupling group on the nucleic acid substrate are efficiently connected by click chemistry. Thea-helix handle is used to provide a controllable reaction condition on the protein surface for the non-natural amino acid, avoiding the complex structure, charge and polar nanoenvironment around the surface of the protein to be tested.

A process for preparing tanshintotalphenolic acid and the use of the product are disclosed. The process comprises: tanshin is hot-extracted with water, the extract is separated and refined by polyamide column and macroporous adsorption resin column, and lyophilized to obtain tanshintotalphenolic acid. The yield of the final end product is more than 4 percent based on the amount of crude drug and the content of totalphenolic acid is more than 80 percent. The tanshintotalphenolic acid obtained can be used as the medicine for preventing and treating cerebrovascular and cardiovascular diseases and so on.
