An LED lamp includes a first heat sink, a second heat sink thermally contacting the first heat sink, and an LED module mounted on the first heat sink. The first heat sink comprises a plate and a plurality of first fins extending from the plate. The plate has a bare area on a top surface thereof. The LED module is mounted on the bare area and surrounded by the first fins of the first heat sink. The second heat sink comprises a base thermally contacting a bottom surface of the plate of the first heat sink and a plurality of second fins arranged at a bottom surface of the base of the second heat sink. Heat pipes are sandwiched between the plate and base of the first and second heat sinks.

LED lamp

An LED flood lamp includes an LED lamp and a primary bracket and an accessorial bracket. The lamp includes a pair of lateral sidewalls. The primary bracket pivotally connects with the lateral sidewalls. The accessorial bracket has one end pivotally connecting with one lateral sidewall, and another end connected to the primary bracket via a fastener. Each of the primary and accessorial brackets defines an elongated slot. The fastener is slidable along the slots of the primary and accessorial brackets to vary an illumination angle of the lamp. The LED lamp has a substrate, a plurality of LED modules mounted on a top surface of the substrate and a heat sink mounted on a bottom surface of the substrate, whereby heat generated by the LED modules can be transferred to the heat sink via the substrate to be dissipated to ambient air.

Flood lamp assembly having a reinforced bracket for supporting a weight thereof

An LED lamp includes a heat dissipation apparatus, an LED module, a bulb and a reflector. The heat dissipation apparatus includes a first heat sink, a second heat sink and a heat conductor positioned between the first heat sink and the second heat sink. The LED module includes a plurality of LEDs mounted on the heat conductor. The bulb is seated on the first heat sink and the reflector is seated on the second heat sink. The reflector and the bulb together form a housing for receiving the LED module and the heat conductor therein. Heat pipes are used to thermally connect the heat conductor and the first and second heat sinks.

An LED lamp includes a heat sink having a base and a plurality of fins extending from the base. A plurality of LED modules is thermally attached to the base of the heat sink. A lamp frame surrounds the LED modules on the heat sink and is hermetically mounted to the heat sink. A lens is hermetically attached to the lamp frame and covers the LED modules. The fins includes a plurality of first fins extending from a first face of the base of the heat sink, and second fins extending from a second face of the base. The LED modules are located between the second fins. A pole has a top end engages with the lamp frame. The pole is used for mounting the LED lamp at a desired position, for example, a sidewalk of a street.

LED lamp having double-side heat sink

An LED lamp includes a heat sink (), a plurality of heat pipes () mounted on outer sidewalls () of the heat sink, and a plurality of LED modules () attached on the outer sidewalls of the heat sink with a portion of each LED module contacting a corresponding heat pipe directly. A plurality of fins () extend inwardly from an inner wall of the heat sink in a manner such that a through hole () is enclosed by the fins, thereby providing an airflow passage axially through the heat sink. By the use of the heat pipes, heat generated by the LED modules can be transferred to the heat sink evenly, whereby the heat can be dispersed to ambient air efficiently and rapidly.

LED lamp with a heat dissipation device

A lamp assembly includes a lamp and a junction box. The lamp defines a front chamber and a rear chamber. A plurality of LED modules is received in the rear chamber. A receiving member is located at a top of the front chamber. The junction box is mounted on an outside of the receiving member. A junction base is received in the junction box. A mounting tube extends through the junction box and the receiving member of the lamp to mount the junction box on the lamp. A connecting tube is mounted on the junction box. Wires of the LED modules extend through the mounting tube and connecting with the junction base. The connecting tube is adapted to receive wires extending from an outside power sources to the junction base.

Lamp assembly having a junction box

An LED lamp includes a heat sink and an LED module. The heat sink includes a body, a plurality of radial partition fins extending evenly from an outer periphery of the body and a curved wall surrounding lower portions of the fins. The fins, the outer periphery of the body and the wall together define a plurality of channels each having a lower opening and a top opening. The LED module includes a plurality of LEDs and is received in the absorbing portion of the body. The LED module is supported by the absorbing portion of the body of the heat sink. Heat generated by the LEDs is transferred to the fins via the body. From the fins, the heat is dissipated to air. The channels each function as a chimney for accelerating heated air to flow upwardly through the fins.

LED lamp with a heat sink

An LED lamp includes a transparent bulb, an LED module comprising a plurality of LEDs received in an inner space of the bulb, and a heat dissipation apparatus supporting and cooling the LED module. The heat dissipation device includes a heat sink having a hollow base and a plurality of fins extending from the base, a first heat conductor vertically supported by the heat sink, a second heat conductor horizontally mounted on the first heat conductor, and a heat pipe thermally connecting the heat sink, the first heat conductor and the second heat conductor together. The LEDs are positioned on the first heat conductor and the second heat conductor, respectively.

An LED lamp includes a lampshade, an LED module and a heat sink supporting and cooling the LED module. The heat sink includes a heat absorbing portion having a base plate for mounting the LED module thereon, and engaging with the lampshade for enclosing the LED module. A plurality of fins is formed on a top of the heat absorbing portion, and the fins extend outwardly beyond an outmost edge of the heat absorbing portion. A sidewall connects outmost ends of the fins. A plurality of apertures are defined between the outmost edge of the heat absorbing portion, the fins and the sidewall for allowing an airflow to flow from a bottom to a top of the heat sink via the apertures, thereby to effectively cool the heat sink and accordingly the LED module.
